The most boring
The most boring, egg sucking, pointless training I’ve ever had in my life.
Highly repetitive. Slow moving so you can read the slides and then wait ages before you can click the same screen.
If you have been unlucky enough to have to do this training. Get some coffee as it will put you to sleep

Want a refund for both courses
I've done a level 2 food health and safety before, but this one was hard, over complicated and just overall an annoying experience. I will be buying one from the company I used before. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund as I paid for both the level 2 and 3.

Only on Windows 10!!!
I was asked to take a series of their e-learning courses on security in preparation for a particular role. Sadly the links to the videos didn't work.
Dialog with Highfield reveals that you must have Windows 10 to play their videos (thus denying access to about 50% of the population).
Pretty much any other site can play videos on Windows 7 and many of them earlier versions so why cant Highfield?
