I would definitely recommend!

Phill and Tom came a couple of times try to fix our landing noice. After the first time, they did not finish the work and they quickly booked another slot for me. Today they came together on time and fixed the problem quickly and neatly! Also they are so professional and polite. I feel very comfortable and secured by having them coming. Definitely 5 stars for them!

We bought our home in 2023 and we still have outstanding defects to be fixed. What makes it frustrating is Hill customer service doesn’t live up to their promises in replying my emails, and Jayne has stopped replying my email all together.
I really dont know how to deal with them. Seems their tactics is to drag on until I give up on them so they get away with it.
Such awful customer service and my poor experience dealing with their attitude post completion, I would not recommend Hill to any one else.

Our painter Michael Chapman has been extremely helpful. Painting work is speedy yet of high quality. And thank you for coming on time.

Richard was very helpful in fixing and decorating a bedroom wall. Even fixed other small issues that weren’t raised. Thank you!

Simon and Paul C were very helpful, professional and friendly. They arrived earlier than expected but did not complain that they had to wait for me to arrive. They explained what they were doing and what I could do in the future if I had a similar problem. Paul had been out previously for another service job and was excellent then too. Simon had to return today in the dreadful heat and was still friendly and professional. Really appreciate them both! No complaints from the customer service team at Hill — everyone we’ve spoken with and who has provided service has been excellent. Thanks!

Hill was quick to resolve all my issues they got everything all sorted out in a day. All vacuum out. He some things are still pending the guy really knows how to do his job. He’s really good and professional and he fixed the door and he was really patient with me so yeah, I’ll give him 9/10. He’s really good. experience was good manager manager was good asked me if I like the house so our experience has been good.

Angela Boyle organised for Michael Perry to come and fix my sprinkler cover at very short notice.

Michael Perry removed the leak from my ceiling and painted it thank you Michael and thanks to Angela Boyle for organising so fast

Raalf fallaha came to fix a crack on the stairs railing. He was really professional and instead of finding a work around he did the long term fixing which took time but he went for the long term reliable solution. Helped me out with few other quick fix issues at home which was really appreciated. Overall extremely satisfied with the work performed
