Outstanding Service!
I have had a great experience at this dealer, I needed an MOT urgently on a Saturday and so the team at HiQ got their MOT tester to drive down from Biscter to test my car and they sorted a damaged tyre/coil spring at the same time. Very impressed and would definitely be coming back.

Very happy with the service provided…
Very happy with the service provided Cris and team were very happy had some issues with my brakes on the car got it in the same day and sorted out the problem even pointed out that previous garage had fitted the wrong discs for the car. Will be using again. Love the Harley in the reception very nice and pleasant atmosphere

Do not trust these scammers
They did everything they could to dupe me into spending far more money than I needed to. Everything seemed to be going wrong, and they kept promising they could put it right. Then, thousands of pounds later, my vehicle was a write off.
It seems like they saw a girl on her own and decided they could do whatever they wanted. They told me that the subsequent works would never have fixed my vehicle and pretty much laughed when I asked them why they hadn't just told me that, instead of charging me more and more and more for a hopeless case.
Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback.
As you are aware, this matter has already been thoroughly investigated and independently reviewed by Approved Garages RAC. They have written to you confirming the outcome of their full investigation.
The outcome confirmed that HiQ Tyres & Autocare Aylesbury were not at fault for the issues with your vehicle.
HiQ Aylesbury state that they were not responsible for the original diagnosis of the problem with your vehicle, they did not supply the replacement engine and were also not informed of previous damage until after work was carried out.
All additional work carried out were demonstrated mechanical requirements, of which you were fully informed about, before agreeing to them. They were purely recommendations, and you were not forced into any decisions.
During this matter, the team at HiQ Aylesbury have acted in full transparency and remained professional throughout. There was no proof of any wrongdoing from HiQ throughout the investigation.
With the above said, we would kindly ask that you to consider removing this review so that future customers receive an accurate reflection of our service.

Something always goes wrong
Every time I bring my car here, they fix the problem but then another problem arises straight after (that wasn't a problem before). I've ended up going to another garage now as I suspected that they were tampering with my vehicle to create minor issues so I had to keep coming back.
I haven't had any other problems with my car now that I've switched garages, which makes me think I was right and they were trying to keep me coming back.

They are the best!
Not once but twice they have saved me a lot of money! Initially, I had a tyre issue but they were so professional & helpful. The second, I was gonna to be ripped off by a main dealer & they saved me loads of money & had the work completed quickly & efficiently. Won’t go anywhere else. HiQ Tyres & Autocare are the best!

Amazing from the start

Great service and very fast
Booked via BookmyGarage for an MOT and Service and within a couple of hours I got a call from a member of staff, who explained everything I needed to do with a drop-off time. On the day, the dropping-off process was quick and easy and they asked if I needed the car back quickly or not. I was not in a rush and told them to take their time. One and a half hours later I got a call saying that the car was all good and only a minor recommendation, which was a fair price. From drop-off to collection was four hours and for saying I wasn’t bothered about the time I was impressed. I have struggled with garages in the area before, but the price was good, service brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone. I will be taking my cars back next year. The owner was lovely and overall it was a great experience!

Went in to the shop with an issue that no one would help me with- I was stuck with the car on the jack at home and these guys went way and beyond to help me.

My car broke down
My car broke down, the RAC towed it to this garage, when I arrived the customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful!! My car is running perfectly fine now
