Mobile fitters to the rescue
Mobile fitters came to the rescue of RMC Double Glazing (Ayr) Ltd. We had a tyre blow out which meant we were at a standstill in a dangerous bit of road but Lewis arranged for one of his team to change it very quickly allowing us to safely get to our next customer. Thanks very much for the speedy response, it is appreciated.

Speedy but flawed service
Tyres ordered in the morning and arranged to be fitted that afternoon, all went to plan, tyres arrived and were fitted, however... when I returned to collect the car I was told that, although the locking wheel nut had been refitted it had previously been damaged and therefore would be very difficult to remove in future; when I queried what would happen if I had a puncture, the foreman said they hadn't damaged the nut and therefore it wasn't their responsibility!!!! After 'discussion' I left on foot but without the car key, on return for the car key it transpired that Katie had contacted the garage next door who would try and remove the damaged locking nut. They managed this but Lewis Irwin Tyres foreman was prepared to let me drive away in a car which could have caused serious issues had I had a puncture or when the wheel needed to be taken off in the future.

Have had to use the company twice due to needing 3 new tyres . Called and was dealt with straight away. No issues. Ordered my required tyres and got them fitted by mobile fitter same day . Excellent service and very profesional. Would recomend them to anyone needing tyre fixing or replacing .

I was at Lewis Irwin tyres and UPSOLD tyres
I was at Lewis Irwin tyres yesterday, and after ordering tyres online, he basically ignored my choice and upsold me more expensive tyres, I’ve used Keeis Urein for years, and I was really disappointed in this. £40 extra at least. That’s put me and missus off big time.

Another visit and top service, fast efficient and friendly service, sorted out 4 wheel alignment, to allow my wife's MR2 to go round corners again. Highly recommend this local business.

Local Independent, competitive, excellent.
What a breath of fresh air to be greeted by polite respectful staff.
Genuine, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Efficient, professional service, in a different league to the big names.
Good range of stock with knowledgeable advice and very competitive pricing. No grumbling about swapping wheels around and importantly NO Hidden costs or insulting peak time "premium" charges like one of the big groups!
Highly recommended if you want to come away happy and confident with a properly done job.
