Have been taking both my cars here since roughly 2020. Over the years both have had routine services, MOT's, tyre replacement(s) and other issues all of which have been quickly resolved. The service is excellent and friendly. Quite simply I won't take my car to any other garage.

Colin at Bedford HiQ Tyres dealt with my order with great efficiency, calling me on the morning to confirm the time for the work to be completed. The tyre fitter was organised, very polite and completed the two tyre fittings and wheel balancing quickly and carefully.
I am always impressed with this branch of HiQ and thoroughly recommend them.

I went to the Bedford branch on Goldington Road with a slow puncture on a Tesla model Y only to be told that although the tyre was within the required limits of a puncture repair they could not do as the tyre is a Acustic tyre which can not be repaired. The guy then went online to find a replacement. Thank goodness he couldn’t find one. I then contacted Teslas service centre in Milton Keynes, to be told that they can be repaired and recommend a garage which did the repairs for £20. What a terrible dealership HiQ Tyres are.
If HiQ are concerned about this review they will speak to their team and not contact me to ask for my details. I have reviewed my experience with HiQ and I stand by it. Do not trust them.

Colin the Manager was friendly, sincere and very helful. The service he gave was first class. The tyre fitters were also very good and helpful. The shop, waiting and workshop areas were spotlessy clean and the whole experience was pleasent.

Professional service. Fitted 2 tyres in no time. Cheapest on tyres as well. What stood out to me is that they actually used a torque wrench to torque up the wheel nuts and not a bloody impact gun. Super clean and organised workshop that's a good sign in my book. 100% recommended. Will use again without hesitation

Absolutely five stars. I booked my car in online two days before. It was quick and easy. They did my MOT and tyres with no hassle. They were ever so friendly and helpful. I can't believe I never knew they are local. We will definately use them again. My husband has already booked his car in. Many thanks guys
