Had a very good experience at HiQ Belvedere, the tyres were a very reasonable price, they also provided complimentary coffee whilst i waited. Very happy customer, i will definitely be returning.

Had a very good experience at HiQ Belvedere, the tyres were a very reasonable price, they also provided complimentary coffee whilst i waited.
Very happy customer, i will definitely be returning.

Perfect leather seats covered with grease and oil
No one rang me to confirm the vehicle was complete and when I arrived the car was along the road. I went in and paid then returned to the car to find black oil and grease all over the driver seat and door card, the steering wheel was greasy as was the key. I went back in to complain, and the guy offered to take the car back in, however he was also very dirty, so I decided not to make things worse and left

Exceptional service
Great bunch of guys, absolutely went above and beyond for me this morning with an emergency tyre repair, couldn’t be more grateful.
I bought 2x new Goodyears a few weeks earlier from here and the customer service from then was excellent. Safe to say I will only use HiQBelevedere moving forwards! Can’t recommend them enough.

overall decent service but the mechanic was a bit lost. he didn't know the tyres I had booked and took a while to process the payment.
