A poor start rectified well
Initially a poor start, booked online online to turn up and them not have me booked in for the services quoted for. On talking the the staff this was not the branches fault but a system error as they could see my online booking. The man behind the counter apologised and did everything he could to accommodate the work, ordering the tyre to come the same morning and made it happen. Good customer service.

Super efficient. Booked online, had a call to confirm, arrived at 10am and tyre was fitted by 10.15 am. Very well organised.
