Easy to organise via internet for replacement of two rear tyres.
No quibbles when I asked for new rear tyres to be switched to the front.
Price was reasonable for two premium tyres. Prompt service and all done whilst I waited in their comfy waiting room.

Fantastic Professional Service
After being let down by another tyre company, I contacted HiQ in Chelmsford and what a difference in service, friendly staff, professional, fast fitting, great price.
Can't recommend them enough AAA+++

Excellent service as always from HiQ…
Excellent service as always from HiQ Chelmsford.
Whether it be from an emergency flat tyre issue or tyre replacement or MOT, they have always been so more than helpful.
Have always had a warm welcome, coffee made for us and light hearted chat, it’s always been a delight.
Also, the only tyre fitting place I’ve ever seen that actually reset the TPMS correctly and use a torque wrench to double check the wheel nuts!!!!
So no more over tightening of wheel nuts!
Happy customers here, and will always recommend

I ordered my tyres on line and made a booking. When I went to the site they expected me, they changed my tyres and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Would happily use them again.

Great group of guys here, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite! Makes a change compared to other garages local where employees seem stroppy. These have helped fixing a few issues with my car and gone above and beyond, will be using these again for sure!
