My experience at HiQ has actually restored my faith in humanity!

With a repair bill of nearly twice what my car was worth Jeff and the staff have been absolutely incredible in diagnosing the problem, researching for parts and being honest and genuine about the problems and whether it’s worth fixing (to which, sadly it isn’t )

It would have been so easy for them to rip me off, which, as a woman I have found with many garages previously, and for them to repair the car at the price quoted.
Massively appreciate the honesty, research, help and such a friendly manner at such a stressful time for me.
Will 100% be using HiQ again, and will be recommending to everyone.

Chester. Car booked in for MOT, Service and what we thought were new front brakes.

Was called by the garage stating that the front brakes were actually quite new. (Dacia had advised brakes last year but we refused as too expensive but must have fitted them prior to approval. hah). Anyway advisory on MOT of new tyres all round so agreed to that rather than the front brakes with wheel alignment.

Superb service all round and will take our other car there in June for it's annual stuff too.

I had the misfortune to get a flat tyre on Christmas Eve. My local tyre place was closed, and those I called were closed or about to close. I found somewhere open who put on my spacesaver tyre but had no tyre in stock.
I rang around mobile tyre repair places and searched online. I had one rip off mobile place try to charge £395 to come replace my tyre.
This is how I found HiQ.
I ordered online and had requested 27th December if possible. On 27th, I received a call apologising that they didn't have the tyre in stock but it would be there on the 30th.
Unlike many others I'd spoken to they were really helpful.
They replaced my tyre, checked the others, and checked my battery as I'd requested too.
Best of all, the price was £226 as advertised with no additional charges for fitting or checking my battery.
I will definitely use their services again.

Replacement tyre.
An immediate response next morning to online query I made the previous evening when the branch was closed.
Roy phoned us soon after they opened next day, checked the details were correct and assured us that he would be able to order our tyre and have it delivered in time for our very short notice appointment.
The vehicle was ready for collection at the time promised and we were impressed by the efficiency of the service provided, with additional care being taken to ensure the rest of the vehicle was protected throughout.

Efficiency and customer service

They fitted my tyres at short notice, very helpful staff. Price was comparable with other companies but the service was excellent.
