i popped in today with a issue with my vehicle was greeted by Chris the manager who was very professional and got 1 of his technician to road test and inspect the noise, after diagnosis they identify the issue and told me they could repair the vehicle today and the cost of repair was a lot cheaper than i expected and agreed for it to be carried out, while i was waiting he made me coffee and offered me a donut. overall the staff was exceptional thank you guys

i have now found my new garage and will be using hiq in the future

Went to HiQ Erdington today for new tyres MOT and service and cannot fault the service that I received from the manager Chris. He really was exceptional

Competitive price quoted, exhaust replacement carried out quickly and efficiently. Courteous and friendly service from Chris. Thank you.

Excellent Excellent Service by Chris at Erdington branch! Came in with worries about my vehicle and they confirmed what they could see and was the problem but advised they don't do this work at their garage. Nonetheless he still have professional and sound advice with a smile and great customer service as well. The whole team itself were friendly and all said hello when they entered the customer waiting area. Gentleman who took my car on a test drive (sorry didn't get the name) he was also professional and empathetic and patient.

I'll be back for my normal air in my tyres 😉 keep up the good work.

Had a great service from the HiQ Erdington team with my car MOT. Chris the manager was amazing too. Car failed MOT but Chris and the team guided me in fixing it and I got a free retest. Thanks HiQ team

Booked my car in for MOT online for next week. Chris (lovely guy) called me this morning and was able to fit me in today. Some faults were identified and fixed same day for a reasonable price so my car has passed. Can’t fault these guys at all. Great service

Avoid stole cds and cleaning prods from car Then drastically overcharge. No job sheet.
Had MOT said car failed. So needed it doing immediately as unroadworthy. After contacting other garages advised overcharged by over £200.
We also discovered car cleaning products had been taken out of boot. Cds taken from glove compartment and to add insult tried covering this up by putting empty cd cover and an indian cd in which is not our faith.
Awful. Would NOT RECOMMEND
Now ignoring ALL CALLS EMAILS ETC.

I booked my vehicle in for an inspection due to many faults.
After a few calls from Chris I agreed a painful bill of over £1000.
I was kept informed throughout the process and Chris had thoughtfully shopped around for better valued parts and gave me a call with a much lower price than expected, this showed me this company thinks more about customer care than profits due to an original quote been agreed and without me asking arranged a much lower quote without compromise on part quality so a massive thank you for this.

I am really disappointed. I called HiQ and complained about a dashboard problem on my car. Instead of giving a recommendation because they don't render that service, they booked me in, diagnosed what wasn't a problem and made me spend over £650 in this economic hardship. And then told me is an electric fault and they don't render the service. Their negligence has cost me my time, money and the health of my car. It's so unfair
Thank you for your response. What solution did you offer? Why accept a job you know you don't offer, make someone spend unnecessary money before telling them you don't offer that service? Do you realise how much of my time and resources you've wasted? Do u investigate without carrying the individual along?

Went to hiQ yesterday to get my mot done. Surprise surprise It failed. The team were very accommodating. They told me the easiest and best way to fix the issue then it passed after my free retest today. I didn't feel extorted as a lot of garages have made me feel in the pass, especially due to being a female. The mot was a very reasonable price in comparison to other places. I actually asked them what the catch was 🤣 Customer service was great, they are very punctual and prompt, no messing around nor time wasting. I was served by Phil who is lovely and my technician was Sab whose face doesn't say much but he's pleasant and polite none the less. Only thing I would advise is to sort a baby changing area 🤣 other than this, I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Ordered tyres the week before through Asda Tyres. Arrived for my appointment with HIQ on time. Guy I spoke to knew nothing about the order and gave the impression her didn’t care, simply said I need to call Asda. No effort what so ever to try and resolve. Taken time off to attend the appointment. Complete lack of customer experience and care Will not be using again.
