Walked in 10 minutes before my booked time, they asked for my keys as I told them I was here and 30 mins later both rear tyres were done and I was on my way, I’ve been here 3 times now and would definitely go back again rather than use someone like Kwik fit who insist on checking all my tyres before doing what I’ve asked

Great help in making sure I got the correct tyre for my car, especially as I previously had an issue with a competitor. HiQ called me to clarify and confirm.

There was a slight hiccup with the booking timing, but luckily that was sorted out in store and the works proceeded as planned.

Generally just v good service provided throughout the visit.

Polite on entry, started on the car immediately. Warm welcome and stead the job would take 25 minutes it took a lot less and I was pleased either speed and efficiency of the chap at the desk, Anthony. Very tidy and clean establishment and one to return.

Great service, but somewhat bizarrely they couldn't supply the tyre I wanted from the system in the shop, so I had to order from their own website where it was an option. It was still there the following day though...

Needed to replace rear two tyres on my wife's Mercedes C class. Ordered online and went to appointment. Guys at HiQ spotted that I had not ordered Run Flat ones and so this was corrected and a new appointment booked for a couple of days later. All went to plan with a quick efficient service as always. Been using these guys for several years as they do a great job and at a good price.

Efficient online booking for next day fitting and wheel alignment of all 4 tyres.
Rang and checked tyres had arrived and all ok to go ahead next morning. Was even told I could drop vehicle off early.
On collection, no charge seen for wheel alignment. When queried, told machine not working so couldn’t be completed. Disappointed as means I have to book in elsewhere for that to be completed and I should have been informed on drop off or by phone email that service was unavailable.
