Had an issue with my car on the way home from work so pulled in to the garage, where I have never been before. They were amazing! Looked at my car immediately. Can't recommended highly enough.

i was in need of a rear tyre for my 125, got a really good price, and they was all really nice people and they got it done fast.10 out 10 will be coming back if I ever need anything doing. brilliant job

Excellent, fast, professional service at a great price

Fab customer service as usual from all the team at HiQ Lancaster. I have had tyres replaced on both our cars in the last fortnight and the whole process was straightforward from getting an initial quote and exploring tyre option to getting the tyres replaced quickly whilst on my lunch break.

Met a new member of the team today-Cameron-equally as helpful, approachable and friendly. Sorted my punctured front tyre very efficiently (I sat and waited) He also advised me on the rest of my tyres…..I’ll book in asap for new front tyres and tracking!

I have been using HiQ on Scotforth Road for a few years now, and each time have been impressed by their friendliness and efficiency.
My latest experience was an excellent example of their staff going above and beyond and helping restore my faith in human nature.
I have never had a less than excellent experience here and would not hesitate to recommend HiQ unreservedly.

I had a slow puncture and the team at Lancaster were really helpful and provided a quick fix within a couple of hours. Always had a great experience when using them.

Been trying to find reputable and realistic priced garage went HiQ booked car in spoke to Gary very polite and respectful adviced me on certain things.on completion job very good price excellent will definitely return if Gary's there

I had a problem with a tyre and even though Gary had just come back with his lunch he sorted my tyre straight away. Excellent service.

Brilliant
Firstly great by smile by very friendly lady who I belive is the big bad boss lady. My van was had a miss fire, they put there top man on the job Gary. Alot less smiley but very friendly and very knollage able. One injector and a very reasonable bill later my van back out earn it's keep.

I visited HiQ Lancaster on my way home to Glasgow when a light popped up on my dashboard. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful & attended to my issue (AdBlue top up) and had me on the road straight away.

Excellent service! Had a suspected puncture and was booked in and sorted quickly with their fitting service at home. Cameron provided great service, was extremely knowledgeable and communication was excellent. I have used HiQ quite a few times now and their service is always spot on.

Took my car in to have the tyre replaced due to a screw. HiQ quickly established that replacement was not required. They did a quick leakage check after removing screw and saved me £100. Honest and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Took my 2017 Mercedes in on two separate occasions both times due to electronic sensors that had failed, the repair being covered by my RAC warranty.
30 mins after the diagnosis they had got permission to do the repairs and had ordered the parts, ringing me back on one time before I even got home to book my car in for the repairs.
