Best garage around Livingston fairly priced and excellent staff and management. I won’t take my car or van anywhere else nothing is too much trouble . Comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee too .

As per usual I ordered my tyres online and had communication by both e-mail and text letting me know the tyres had arrived, the fitting was flawless and quick, and the price was exactly as quoted, I then received an e-mail thanking me for my business, altogether a perfect example of good customer service.

Do not use this place. I put my car in for a tyre and came out with a damaged alloy. Garage refusing to take responsibility and basically called me a liar saying the damage could have already been there. I can swear on my kids lives it was not like that before they got their hands on it. Absolute cowboys with a bad and very unprofessional attitude

Cannot recommend this place enough, such friendly staff and complete transparency keeping you advised through the whole process. Had me back on the road in such a quick amount of time, will not be going anywhere other than here for the future, also a massive thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who was extremely kind and helpful! ☺️

The front of house team are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent advice. My experiences with the mechanics have been excellent too in that they are very professional, helpful and efficient.

Absolutely love this garage, they are friendly and so welcoming.
I took my car out Yesterday and noticed my breaks where extremely spongey, so I quickly made my way to HIQ livingston. When I arrived at HIQ livingston and explained my situation, they squeezed me in, even though they were fully booked all day. The team Rae and Chris went out their way to fix my car, even though they were extremely busy.
I would recommend this garage to everyone, 5 star service every time.

Booked my car in for new tyres. Spoke to Alyssa who was friendly and helpful. The garage I had used for some previous work had told me that the Brake Discs and Pads needed replaced immediately.HiQ were asked to look at these and a few other things that had been flagged as urgent by the previous garage as car is due an MOT soon. Turns out none of this work was needed at present. From now on I will be using HiQ for all my vehicles needs. The other garage was only used as it was nearer to home and work.Needless to say they won’t be used again! Thanks for all your help and honesty HiQ. I’ll definitely be back.
