Replacement Tyre
The service was excellent and the work done promptly - left the car with them and they were true to their word came back 45 minutes later and all done and ready to drive off.

Honest advice and great service. No attempt to add additional unnecessary services unlike numerous competitors and got the best price for my tyre purchase.

I'll go nowhere else for my MOT
Best place for your MOT, never take my car anywhere else. I have a local branch but I prefer to drive best part of an hour to Maidstone for the guys there to test her. Honest staff, a good laugh to chat with and really friendly and the pricing is spot on 👌
Roll on October when my next service and MOT are due and I can show them my new car!!

Helpful
Helped fit our spare tyre when I booked the replacement tyre. Had new tyre fitted to rim on the afternoon I had booked and quickly on car. Friendly helpful service.

Arrived early wanting to be away…
Arrived early wanting to be away quickly , but compressor had a fault & not working had to wait for it to be repaired, otherwise service was gd and would use again

Maidstone HiQ staff Simply the Best
The staff at Maidstone are truly excellent I have owned cars for 50 years and have dealt with many tyre fitting companies in that time None of these companies can compare with the staff at Maidstone in terms of politeness, a can do attitude and technical know how They even cleaned the wheels before putting them back on the car. I have already started telling my friends of my experience at Maidstone. I hope you are truly proud that you have such excellent staff

Wrote a complaint to the manager
Wrote a complaint to the manager, no reply.
Wrote a complaint to headquarters, no reply. Next letter is to the CEO. Avoid this garage at all costs! They replaced both wishbones and left bolts loose, then did the tracking. Returned the vehicle and they couldn't find any fault. After having the bolts tightened (they were loose by 2 whole turns each!) by another mechanic, my tracking was way off. Got ripped off so badly by HiQ Maidstone and their complaint process is non-existent. HiQ franchises are managed by Goodyear and Goodyear seem to let the garages do whatever they like.
