Great service all round
Great service all round. Booking an MOT and service was easy with availability at a suitable time and date. Receptionist was very personable, polite and helpful.
We were kept informed of the progress of the MOT and subsequent service with everything completed in half a day.
First time we have used this garage, will definitely return and recommend

Replacement Tyre
Called HiQ tyres regarding a new tyre needed after a screw puncture.Super friendly telephone conversation and my tyre was ordered.Great communication the following day and the tyre was replaced swiftly and furthermore at a great competitive prices.Swift and highly professional service .

MOT at short notice
I been let down at short notice by another garage for a MOT booking and been told I would need to wait two week for another slot.
HiQ had been recommended to me. They booked me in and did the MOT the next day. Very happy, thanks to everyone

Fast and Personal Service
Wow! What a great service, they got me in fast, sorted out the issue on the car and had it back to me by the end of the following day. The staff on the front desk kept me well informed throughout the process and I felt like my business mattered. They took the time to explain to me the issues on the car and gave me options on the best way to sort it out. I cant recommend them enough, they will definitely see me again.

Steve and the team were amazing! Clear communication throughout and fair prices. The team were respectful and didn't patronise and as a woman going to a garage it can be intimidating.
