I arrived with low air pressure in my…
I arrived with low air pressure in my passenger front tyre and without a booking. They checked it straight away and a nail had gone through to the inner so I needed a full tyre replacement. They ordered one to arrive the same day later in the afternoon and fitted it the same day. The staff were great and are well recommended.

Booked in for 2 new rear tyres. Very professional from first walking through the door to saying thanks for the excellent service, even let me drill the holes in the tyres that were removed! Friendly, honest & no pressure service with a smile. Thanks Guys.

Super customer service 5*
I found a nail in the side wall of my car tyre, took it to Hi-Q Preston who replaced the tyre the same day. I was unable to collect my car due to time constraints and heavy traffic so they securely stored my car in their facility overnight at no extra charge. Highly recommend the team at Hi-Q Preston

Great customer service. Four new tyres fitted and tracking done. The team at HiQ Preston are very helpful and considerate when explaining any issues or problems. Definitely will return in the future when more work is required on my motor. Thank you.

Just had 2 new tyres fitted to my x3 at competitive price. Service was excellent and problem with one of the wheel bolts being overtightened last time was resolved. Replacement bolt provided and all bolts properly cleaned and greased before refitting. Will be back. Thanks
