Used the Queensferry branch this afternoon after driving in with the AA and their spare wheel. Very friendly helpful staff, both on reception and in the tyrebay. New tyre fitted to my Golf very quickly while I waited. Similar price to elsewhere but still very reasonable. Although it's not local for me I would recommend using this branch if you're wanting replacement tyres.

Here is an update on this review it has now been 2 months and no contact from their head office even though i have emailed numerous times? They say they have great customer service? Or do they only have great customer service when they get a good review? I will not stop this until head office acknowledge this complaint and deals with the garage? Thank you

I guess where you are going you think you have over paid for the job , you have not . We charge £65.00 an hour you say yourself we worked over two hours on it plus you pay for the part . Let me remind you of a number of things

1 Three garages said no to doing the job , i like a fool with people like you tried to help you out 1500 miles from home , hospital appointment etc etc .

2 You did not come back to this garage reporting an issue that is a lie to try and reinforce your complaint .

3 You do not change pas fluid when you change a belt

4 You tried to get me take it as a cash job , not interested

5 The vehicle got you back to spain 1500 miles in an aged vehicle anything could happen in that time , also you must have been using it as it was a number of weeks ago you were in here .

6 Had i not been able to speak spanish and read your documents to get the part you would have come unstuck again vehicle registered in spain on spanish plates UK parts look up did not recognise the vehicle so i did it all by reading your registration paperwork got the belt that way as best we could to help you .

7 Two hours was taken as the damaged belt debris had to be cleared away from the area for the new belt fitted .

8 Looking at the age and general condition of the vehicle to make a journey as you did maintenance should be higher , we even inflated the tyres that we obviously low .

When all said and done this is why garages in the main are sick to death of people with hard luck stories help me out etc etc i only wish like others had told you no and mean no your problem not mine because every time you try to help people it comes back to bite you .We tried are best to get you on the road for your hospital appointment in a timely fashion with scant information on the vehicle .
Maybe next time you should consider taking breakdown insurance , or join an organisation to fix the vehicle should it breakdown , not think if you squeal after the event you will get your money back .
I will add at no point did i ask for my money back! His reply is rude condescending arrogant self rightous
Ramblings what do "people like me" think?

My experience at HiQ Queensferry was excellent. From the initial phone call when I enquired about new tyres, through visiting the garage to receive advice, to having the tyres fitted, the advice was genuine, the tyres were professionally fitted, and the aftercare promise was reassuring. I also received a fair, reassuring quote for extra work required at a later date. I would unhesitatingly revisit HiQ Queensferry.

I've recently had a service, MOT and new tyres fitted here. The service was professional and efficient as usual. Whenever I need any advice or work carried out on my vehicle this is the first place I think of..... even though I don't live in the area anymore! I trust them to tell me exactly what's what without dressing it up, and mostly in a humorous way. I've always felt like a valued customer so thanks again.

Ordered online Tuesday I was informed they were in stock on Wednesday drove down and got them fitted.Couldn’t be any easier than that 😀😀
