Excellent service, fair price

I discovered I had flat tyre half way on a trip to visit family in Oxfordshire. I walked in to the garage and met Beck who was so helpful and polite. I was told they could have a look at my tyre in the next 15-20 min, Ben the mechanic sorted my tyre out and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Amazing Staff and at a good price. Thank you.

After ringing HiQ to say my car was making a horrible noise, they couldn’t have been more reassuring and going all out to fix it!

Becky and the team at Stratford Upon Avon are absolutely fantastic! After moving to the area just before Christmas I was let down by another garage last minute for a MOT and they were able to get me in and sorted in time and for a major service. They advised on work that would need doing but weren’t pushy in the slightest - really putting me at ease as they made me aware of the advisories offered the work at a good price and was able to carry it out swiftly getting my vehicle back same day! More recently my partner had a tyre blow out, and they were able to get me in straight away and get two new tyres on and tracking sorted on the car and made me aware of the other two tyres not being in the best shape and were able to get those swapped same day! Great team, great prices!

We had a serious problem as we were away from home and had a double puncture following a pothole and was stranded at our hotel. I rang HiQ the next morning and they were able to get the tyres delivered in the afternoon. Fortunately we were staying with my sister-in-law and were able to drop the wheels off on our way to do some sightseeing. The tyres were promptly fitted and available for collection on our way back to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly service from all the staff. Thank you.

Nice staff, good turnaround time, good price!

I needed to change my winter tyres for all weather tyres and phoned HiQ. The person on reception was very friendly and helpful and offered me an appointment on the same day at a reasonable price. Will go back to them in the autumn when it’s time to swap my tyres again.

Had a slow puncture which in the past , due to the weight of my car results in needing a new , very expensive tyre.
Took it into HiQ at Stratford upon Avon and Becky , Ben and the team fixed the tyre for £30 !! Result!!

Another visit, and once again a great experience. The staff are respectful, hardworking, and genuinely committed to finding the right solution for you. They always go the extra mile to help. This is definitely garage of choice.

Great service!! Really pleased with the speed and quality they got me booked in and did my oil change. Price was great too, as I usually use the main dealer, so I’ll be using HiQ again for my oil changes!

I went to Stratford upon Avon branch where the manger called BEC was amazing
I have had bad experiences with other garages but I cannot express the service I got here . She went above and beyond and answered any queries with no hesitation and with honesty .

She greeted me with a smile and made me feel so welcome . I will use this garage from now on
