A Hassle free first class service.
I booked my car in for 2 new tyres; wheel alignment and aircon recharge. Upon arrival I realised that I hadn't ordered run flats. This was no trouble - the wheels were re-ordered and fitted the following day. Many thanks to the Whiteley team for a hassle free experience!

Efficient and friendly service
Efficient and friendly service. Booked my truths and time slot online. Very friendly staff when I took my car in and they were ready for my car. I was called as soon as the my car was ready. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using HiQ tyres Whiteley again.

HiQ Tyres & Autocare – HiQ Whiteley
I've used HiQ Whiteley multiple times over recent years for our Tyre and MOT requirements. I find their on-line booking system very easy to use and convenient to chose a date and time to suit you, prices have always been transparent and competitive, the service received faultless to date.

Efficient, helpful and friendly experience - heroes!
Heroes!
Brought my van in to get a diagnosis on the loud noise it was making. They instantly got it in and had a look for me, communicating all costs and explaining what was happening - they got a new Catalytic converter ordered in straight away, and were super quick and helpful throughout the whole process including working with the timelines I had.
Efficient, helpful and friendly experience - can highly recommend - cheers guys!

Online tyre search tool incorrect
The online tyre search tool using your car registration does NOT accurately choose your tyres whereby other tyre companies (I tested 2 others) search functions do.
I booked a tyre and appointment online and after I'd dropped the car off received a phone call to say I'd ordered the wrong tyre. When I explained I'd used the car registration search I was told that was only a guide and could not be counted on (why is it an option then?!?).
I had to collect my car, order the correct tyre from the branch and then arrange to take my car back for fitting.
The branch staff were superb and the experience would have been 5 Star if their website had not let me (and them) down.

Very unhelpful
Booked car in for repairs. Appointment confirmed by email, when arrived said knew nothing about it and couldn't do work. Wasted journey. Poor service. Won't use again.
With regards to the response to this review I have been given, this wasn't the case. The person in reception was not aware of my booking and I had to show her the email I received to prove it. I was also told there were no ramps available at any point that afternoon and was only offered the option to return the next day. I have since found an alternative garage to do the work

It would appear we fell short of meeting your expectations on this occasion and for that I can only apologise. We were aware of your booking and that you would be coming into to visit us to investigate the knocking sound. However, for reasons beyond our control on the day, when you arrived we were unable to fit you in immediately and requested that you leave the car with us until one of the ramps became available but understandably this wasn’t convenient for you. I have spoken to the wider team to ensure that when a booking is made via email that we explain better that there may be a short wait upon arrival for investigative work carried out FOC. Please accept mine and the teams apologies for your wasted journey and assure you that this is not a reflection of the great reputation we have managed to maintain over the many years. I hope you would give us the opportunity in the future to try and help you if needed
