Buying a used car from HML was a pleasure, Eddie was really helpful and friendly. Excellent communication, fair price and high quality cars. The after service is great, nice to be looked after even after sale. I would recommend HML to family and friends and will go and see Eddie for my next car.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! 5*********
What else can i say other than what an amazing company to deal with. There was never any pressure to buy and were professional throughout the whole process. We went to view a Mercedes A Class late afternoon after they stayed open for us. As i had never taken finance out before they explained everything properly. The car itself was absolutely spotless, we couldn't fault anything about the appearance or performance of the car. When i am ready to look for a new car again i will certainly be returning to this garage and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so so so so much for such a positive 5 star experience.

Bought Audi A4 and couldn't be happier
Bought Audi A4 and couldn't be happier. Great service from knowledgably guys in a welcoming and friendly environment. Quick as well so not waiting around or waiting weeks for the deal to go through. Car was clean and in great condition as advertised. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to others when they are looking for their next high-end car.

5 Star! Definitely recommended.
Bought a car from HML today and the two guys working there were really good help. Could not fault anything. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything and were very genuine. The car is in good condition and I would definitely recommend anybody who wants to buy a used car to visit this dealership and have a look around because I know that you will not be disappointed.

Firstly this review has nothing to do with HML Motors. Here at HML Motors we have never had to issue a refund as all of our vehicles are of the highest quality and are put through a 82 point mechanical check and once it passes through its check without any issues only then does it get a HML stamp of approval and advertised.
The review is relating to some cladding sheets which i purchased and 1 of the sheets arrived damaged which i immediately took pictures of and reported. I also advised as the job needed to be finished on that day i will purchase a sheet from elsewhere and therefore if that sheet can be refunded. After 2 weeks had passed i had still not received a refund so a politely advised that if the company will not be refunding me then i will have no option but to report the matter to trading standards to which i got a reply saying 'Don't threaten us with trading standards and that it has been passed to accounts'. I waited an extra week but still did not receive anything so i contacted trading standards who advised me to send a formal letter which i did and again it was ignored. After speaking to trading standards and my Bank they have advised they will now be dealing with the matter. The sheets were delivered on 28th March 2018 and the damaged item was reported on 28th March 2018 and till this day i am yet to receive a refund but will eventually get it from my bank. In reply to the review i left his argument was that he has not refunded me because i sent many letters/emails and now its down to the bank. He has acknowledged that a refund is due but is not willing to refund me.
He has sourced out my business and left a negative review to get back at me for leaving a review when all i did was leave an honest review to protect customers from being ripped off.
He has said i lie about refunds which will make customers assume i don't refund them when in fact i don't owe anyone a refund. I have been in this trade for many years and i have yet to have a customer come back for a refund. I have built the business on great customer service and more importantly on trust.
