Watch tales of the unexpected if your brave enough !

Staff very helpful & polite ordered tales of the unexpected (I'm in my 40s & my parents watched this when it first came out I was too young & scared to watch this ! Definitely worth watching the story's get the imagination going & some very famous faces appear

The CD ordered was available for collection from the HMV shop when promised.
The staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
I haven't ordered over the counter for many years but my experience with the Rolling Stones album will encourage me to do it again. Thank you

Easy to click and collect!

The option to click and collect was cost effective. My DVD arrived very quickly at my chosen store. The staff there were very polite and helpful and the collection process took just a couple of minutes.

Quite strange we asked for the movie at…

Quite strange we asked for the movie at our local HMV and they confirmed there were none left and suggested to get it on eBay... We went ahead to the HMV website bought it there and collected it at the local HMV.

For example lover by Taylor swift WASNT in stores so I bought it online also delivery is very cheap and not expensive considering your location

Great experience at HMV

Great experience at HMV. They could find the vinyl I was looking for for so long in France. I bought it at the Bath HMV and it was delivered at the Brighton HMV on my way back. The staff was very kind and helpful. I recommend.

Scratched vinyl

Bought Midnights by Taylor Swift and there's a scratch on the vinyl so it skips parts of one song on the B side. The rest of the songs are fine just one song doesn't play properly. The staff are really nice though.

Great service.

The member of staff was most helpful and when I asked if it was possible to order my CD he told me that he could get it for me within a few days and that I would receive regular updates by email so that I knew when it was ready to collect.
