HMV Bromley brilliant
Sales associate very well informed on movies, helped me with several DVD’s ordering some and knew how long they would, just amazing Thank you Bromley.

Relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff.
Some stores these days feel hectic and overwhelming, music is much too loud, which makes me want to buy what I need as quickly as possible - and leave immediately. At HMV I tend to stay for a while and browse. The staff are lovely, very patient and helpful.

Customers should be told that postage…
Customers should be told that postage can take 2 to 5 working days for item to arrive. This was not made clear to me when I paid the extra amount.

I purchased a CD player at your Bromley…
I purchased a CD player at your Bromley store in the Glades. The young lady serving me could not have been more helpful. She advised me what CD players they had, helped me decide and was overall very pleasant and cheerful. I wish I could remember her name.

Hi, I bought this album from HMV for the exclusive signed photo card that came with it, I did get a signed card but it was small and not nearly as good as packages by other companies for the same Album!
