CD ordering
The cd I was after was not in stock but the helpful assistant, Gianna, said they could order it for me in store. They did so and a week later I was able to pick it up on my next visit to the store.

I couldn't find the item I wanted and then found it on hmv. It arrived well before the holiday so I am very pleased.

Great experience and interesting shop
Simple to find what I wanted and order. For speed I chose click and collect. Couldn't have been easier. Was good to have a look around Fopp in Covent Garden too.

Irish Folklore Bluray magic
Really held out for sometime on this one, but I'm glad I finally got it, thanks to HMV. Did pick up at a Fopp store, job done! All in under a week, best price too!

Staff were helpful in searching out and item (DVD - film) that's difficult to source. Also provided movie recommendations on the director that I was after!

The discussions with the person at Fop was wonderful. He wa interested in the recording I was looking for . he looked all over for the vinyl. When he couldn't find it he didn't rest and found a cd ver
The discussions with the person at Fopp was really helpful and the research they did for me too! Then they organised the shipping and it came in good order. Perfect all the way round!
