The staff member who served me was very helpful and friendly the item I wanted wasn’t in store so I had to order it delivery was really quick and item exactly what i wanted

Wonderful staff Kettering Branch
I couldn't find an album, I asked at the desk. Really lovely staff member, chatty and genuinely happy to help. As I didn't know the name of the album, she searched for the song I knew was on it and found the right one. They didn't have it in store so we ordered it in. It was ready in store a few days later. Again on collection, I was greeted by a lovely lad on the till, very chatty and happy to help. Well done HMV, friendly and welcoming staff make such a difference.

I needed to order a K-pop CD for my foster child as they had sold out , and the members of staff where very helpful, they took my order and showed me all the other items that my child would like , my order came within a few days , perfect service.

Can never fault HMV I love ordering my 4k movies from them - and if a release is due on a Monday it usually arrives on the Saturday before release so two days early which is fantastic

The product came quick and early
The product came quick and early. Well packaged, also came in excellent condition all my packages have come in great condition from ordering from HMV. Also the staff and customer support are really friendly and helpful. I ordered Doctor Who season 2 (2025) and other Dr. Who dvds.

Excellent service as always in HMV…
Excellent service as always in HMV Kettering, I wanted a particular classical CD for my Mum, and it was sorted out, delivered to store and I picked it up fine. I have been using the store for years and actively avoid Amazon! Very good CD and Vinyl selection.
