Damaged package on arrival was the only reason he got a four
The only reason I give this a four is not HMV fault I wasn't happy with the way it was delivered from the royal mail the package came damaged the contents of ok fortunately not and I have spoke to the staff at my local HMV and have made them aware of this other than that it came on the day it was supposed to and I'm very happy with the product

Great Store and Great Staff
Really friendly helpful staff at the Middlesbrough branch. It's great to be able to visit a store and view items as well as have online purchases delivered there.

Extremely helpful with figuring out what photocards were available as well as what albums were available to purchase and order in, the team was lively bothe hen ordering and picking up what i bought!! Hats off to them :)

Top class service
Efficient staff from ordering for delivery into the store. Phone call received that item had arrived. Staff ensured that I was the person who had ordered item.

It's nice to be able to click and collect orders. Not everyone is in for deliveries that get dumped all over, or left on doorstep.
Also the members of staff so nice and polite.
