Excellent Customer Service
I had kept in touch with the store on release of a new season of DVD release. I ordered in store rather than online as the knowledge of the staff is excellent. Advised that the item had arrived and didn’t take long to collect and also asked about vinyl Albums. Staff were able to assist and were so polite and helpful. Marvellous Customer Service!

Cheaper than the major online retailer, fast delivery to nearest branch; able to collect myself so no concerns regarding delivery to wrong address: staff at Taunton branch always helpful and friendly. What's not to like?

The CD order I placed was dealt with…promptly
The CD order I placed was dealt with efficiently
on the Friday even receiving this order the following
Monday to home safely well within the 2 -5 days I was
told that was the expected order time in receiving
to home address.
