Always happy to buy from HMV. Free delivery online and the staff in my local (Taunton) are great. Free postage online. They'll even order stuff for you online if they don't stock it in store.

Most things these days are difficult! This wasn't, I went into my local store pre ordered the dvd I wanted a very pleasant helpful assistant took the order, I had an email to say it was on the way followed by its ready to collect. 10 out of 10 to hmv Taunton

My record was not in store and I was hundreds of miles from home. The assistant said I could pay in store and they will post it to me. 3 days later and it arrived. Great service.
