Collected my CD from Wakefield trinity shop, it was well packaged and I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive. Will definitely order again from hmv next time.

Ordered a cactuar mug from final fantasy only to find out its plastic not ceramic which wasnt stated anywhere on the page so wasnt really impressed service was good though

Order and collection of CD

a great and useful service
it was well except that i work up early to get it early as i was moving the next day and still needed to pack .but it was okay. the man/woman have told me politely wht the issue was and i came the same day at a different time and got it . i am saristfy with my purchase

I went to my local store in Wakefield Trinaty Walk...All the Staff there are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble to help you find what you want if not in store they will order it straight away

Super service!
I visited the HMV Wakefield store and place a click and collect order for a vinyl. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the click and collect process and the delivery itself to the store was very quick!! Staff on collection were again really friendly and helpful and made sure I got the correct order, love this shop thanks again!

Quick, no-fuss help
I bought the wrong thing - entirely my fault. I took the item back to a different store, and there was no fuss at all sorting a replacement. Polite, helpful and friendly.
