The staff are very helpful
The staff are very helpful. I am blind impaired and the gentleman serving me looked up what I needed, compared prices and other stores for me. I tried other shops and the staff did not want to know. This gentleman ordered what I needed, did it on clicker and collect and was available to serve me when I collected my order. Very good, friendly service and he treated me like a customer not a disabled inconvenience.

Unhappy!…
Ordered this CD from you as a "Click and Collect" item from (as I thought) I could pay online and nip into Wakefield store to collect my CD (which WAS in stock at the store) only to be turned away as the CD had not been posted to the store. I said " well can I not have the CD they had in store" only to be told I would have to Buy that one again to have the store one. I trailed into the store 3 times to be told the same thing. Obviously from their comments HMV online is not the same as HMV store. Not happy. If I place a click and collect order at any other store that has the stock in the store the transaction is completed within the time I travel to the store. If I had known the way this stupid system works you could have just posted it to me or I would have just bought this item that was in the store without trailing back and forth to my town store. I put it to you that your "Click and Collect" quote should be re-worded as it is not really "Click and Collect" as any other store I have dealt with.....EVER! Unhappy!

Staff were excellent but HMV let down…
Staff were excellent but HMV let down by their supposedly automatic email system advising that the CD had arrived at the local store. Hannah Peel CD is great though.

Great customer service
Came into store to pick up a pre order funko pop the lady who help me with my item was lovely and friendly never been to this store or place b4 as I do have anxiety and so on but here was lovely to visit so if you get chance give it a look lovely little store and lovely people glad I got what I needed hope to visit again soon
