Ordered a cactuar mug from final fantasy only to find out its plastic not ceramic which wasnt stated anywhere on the page so wasnt really impressed service was good though

Meeting jane mcdonald was absolutely incredible at hmv wakefield. The lovely young man (i think his name was travis) took such great photos off us so i am extremely greatful to him.

Case was broken as not wrapped up good enough in the packaging.
Ordered Blu-ray to the store case was broken as not wrapped up good enough in the packaging so I had to return to the store to sort out my item. Staff member swapped the case over so excellent customer service in the store, but the packaging needs to be better.

The staff was really helpful and polite…
The staff was really helpful and polite when I asked for the book and cd and they said they wasn't in store but could order them so they ordered them for me !
And when they arrived in store the staff was again very helpful and polite and I asked for something but I wasn't in but they said that they would be ordering more so I said I'd have look on my next visit

Nice shopping experience
Nice shopping experience, staff knew there stuff and were really friendly. Good advice given also on where to look for an item the store themselves did not have in stock. (also had same good experience at the junction 32 store nr. Castleford). Bough some Vinyl whilst I was there too - in the 3 for £66 sale - a good range / mix was in stock at the store.

The first more mature lady that ordered my goods was very efficient and polite.
The delivery was on time thank you and young gentleman on phone service was most helpful.
My 2nd visit to the store for collection of my order was dealt with profociently but no pleasantness, was just asked my name, no further conversation ensued

I don’t even know if my order is here!?
Never received an email that my order had been sent to store and was ready for collection, tried contacting the branch to check as I didn’t want to go and it still not be there.. therefore ended up being 1 Christmas present down and still no sign of my order!!! So disappointed.

Simple to order simple to pick up. Only downside is I didn't know that click and collect meant waiting for delivery to store when said item was in stock but nevertheless an easy experience
