The actual experience of my initial appointment was more like a 3 star, however I have been gobsmacked at how rude their customer service has been. I initially left a google review as they cancelled my second appointment and then suddenly became incontactable when I tried to get a refund. I was then receiving emails from a different patient containing all her details and she was receiving emails that i was sending to the clinic, a huge data protection breach in the medical field. I wrote a review on google and the response was nothing short of insulting, it was extremely sarcastic and a good show of how they operate and how much they care about their patients. I would avoid and go to somewhere where they value their customers and dont leak your emails.

Booked in for a couple of massages then ended up getting a package. My physio left 2/3rds through my treatment, with no notice and found that the whole time physios were guessing the issue. Went to a different physio who recommended me for an MRI and found that the issue was unrelated to what I had paid hundreds of pounds to fix. All the physios are lovely but getting in touch with the place itself I found pretty unresponsive. I’m still waiting on an email back, regarding an invoice receipt but I think that is something I won’t hear back from.

I have chronic neck and lower back pain which I manage. Occasionally one of those areas flares up and the pain is almost unbearable. I attended this clinic and I consider myself fortunate to have got Noah clinician 34 as not only was he able to immediately help the severity of my neck pain but over a course of several treatments demonstrated how to minimise and alleviate the pain going forward by giving me a series of exercise explaining meticulously how to do them properly. I have walked away feeling much better equipped to manage my own condition. Hurrah!! Thanks Noah.I felt heard, supported and encouraged.
I no doubt will be back should the need arise.

Feel Well with GaWell I made an appointment for Shamanic healing as had a phonecall enquiring with her and sent a very detailed history. When I arrived her words were "I go with what I feel on the day" when I asked why are we not doing shamanic healing and this ended up being a shiatsu massage with a futton mattress on the floor. I have since had severe nerve pain running down both arms, legs & soles of feet. Had to visit my local hospital and the GP informed me the practitioner has put too much pressure on your nerves. Also severe back and nerve pain for weeks. I've had to have an MRI Scan, Back X-rays and now at further cost Bowen Therapy sessions to un-trap the nerve she caused which has prevented me from living normally for weeks (Unable to walk, carry anything etc) I paid £90 and she did not have the decency to hold change as it costs £88 and she said on phone prefers cash. I found this lady abrupt, cold and clearly damaged my back despite informing her in advance to avoid my coccyx area she put extreme pressure onto this area. One session has cost me weeks of pain, huge financial costs and discomfort. Despite emailing her to inform her of the nerve pain her response was "I would however suggest to engage in a long term treatment plan". This is the cold response I received which shows how much she cares about her clients and their wellbeing.

Raha is absolutely amazing! Her caring approach, attention to detail, and professional skills made me feel completely at ease. I had Leech Therapy, Hijama, and Bamboo Cupping, and the whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality holistic treatments. Thank you, Raha! ❤️

I was very pleased with the physiotherapist Viann. She was very polite and took the time to explain how my posture could be improved to reduce the stress and tension I feel on a daily basis. I would highly recommend their services.

I booked in through one of the promotions and I’m really glad I did. Dominik was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to understand what was going on with my ACL recovery, assessed how my muscles were working, and gave me some really helpful recommendations, including trying acupuncture.

He was easy to talk to, genuinely understanding, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about helping people and explaining things in a way that makes sense.

It was a great first appointment and I’d happily recommend Dominic to anyone looking for professional, friendly treatment

I have used Chi Practitioner 3 for over 4 years and would not be nearly as mobile as I am without him ! Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way! He is brilliantly knowledgeable and understands the right things to do each time I visit. As an older patient, he has managed to get me ready to tackle, long haul flights and dance events and then restores me when I have pushed myself a bit too far!

When I arrived at this physiotherapy center, I was not greeted in a positive or welcoming manner. There was no “hello” or “welcome.” Instead, a staff member, without even facing me, abruptly asked, “What was your name?” in a rather rude tone.

My session was scheduled to start at 11:30, but it did not begin on time. Around 11:36–11:37, another staff member came and hurriedly took me upstairs. The whole situation felt disorganized and rushed.

During the consultation, I was asked very general questions that anyone might be asked, such as whether I experience night sweating or how long I have had my pain. I clearly explained that I exercise intensely and had strained my muscles during a recent workout about a week ago. I also mentioned that my muscles had been very stiff but improved after I performed some self-massage, and that I was seeking a professional massage for further relief.

Regarding the question about night sweating, I explained that while it happens occasionally, it is not excessive or concerning—just a normal level that many people experience. Despite this, I was told that I should see a GP before receiving any treatment.

In my opinion, if you book this place through Groupon at a discounted rate, they will find excuses to turn you away. It was already difficult to find an available session, and it seems clear that they canceled my appointment to make room for another customer. I was told to visit a doctor and only return afterward, which would require me to find another appointment all over again.

Overall, this place is highly unprofessional. The staff are not friendly, not welcoming, and lack basic courtesy. From the moment you enter reception, there is no one to greet you properly. The staff member did not even look at me and only asked for my name after I had been sitting there for five minutes.

I would strongly advise others not to choose this place and not to waste their money here.

I booked for Swedish massage and I received an email saying that , they don’t provide towels .
They should add on the advert .
We all assume is a massage room with all the professionals equipments.
I bought even 2 wowchers for 2 different brunches.
Both without towels !

I had a deep tissue massage on Sunday. It actually made my neck stiffer.

Once the massage was finished, I was offered a Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Assessment - Initial for £39.95 on 8 March 2025, which I agreed too and the therapist brought in the card machine and I paid.

Once I was home, I decided to rather see a chiropractor locally and cancelled the appointment online.

The money went through my account. I tried to send a message for my refund, and kept on receiving a message 'file not found'.

I then called them, and after holding on for around 10mins, I was advised that a manager will call me back in the next two weeks.

This is totally unacceptable as I have cancelled with more than enough notice!!!!!!

I went to see Kin for my neck problems. I was really impressed by his technical skills and the thorough approach. He took the time to explain why it all started giving rise to a series of other issues. I am all sorted now and the results speak for themselves.
Highly recommended.

I have been going here for a while. I’ve never understood the negative reviews until I dug deeper. Holistic Healthcare Clinics provide a range of services, from one-off massages, to ongoing physio and treatment. It seems a lot of the negative reviews are coming from people who booked a one-off massage through a third party. The ongoing physio work, which is what I see them for is amazing. It’s a great price and the experts really understand my issues

1st class, professional and expert clinicians in their respective fields. I have had regular monthly sessions, with a variety of therapists over the last 2 years.
Notably... Dave (clinician 1) for my recent knee surgery - pre and post-op. And Rudina (clinician 26) for my deep tissue massage.
I continue to use them for my on-going re-hab and overall well being and want to thank them for getting me gym fit again 🙏🏼

I met with Dave (Clinician 1) for persistent issues causing pain in my ankles while running which I couldn't work out. Within one session Dave identified the problem quickly, gave me an understandable and achievable plan to begin, and within 2 weeks of the plan I'm running pain free and even able to up my weekly mileage. Next step is to up the plan to proactively to try and prevent any new issues going forward, I look forward to it! Couldn't recommend more.

I took up an initial discount offer for an hour's massage. Carolina, Clinician 21 was excellent and very personable. I'd recommend her but can't give a review on the general workings of their clinics.

Had a great experience, saw Anaelle (clinican 25) from the start she reassured, explained, and ensured she listen to why I had booked, the treatment was great and not only did she elevate the problem, she also left me with things to help in the future

The admin/customer interface is a bit of a pain, but my clinician, clinician 25, is great. Very helpful and no stress. I will try acupuncture here as well.

Big scam, avoid this place. Trying too hard to sell, finding health issues where there is none, just for money.
