Hollins & Hollinshead Opiniões

Great jewellery but the customer service is unreal I can’t tell u just how amazing the team has been from issues not from them but the brand of the item i purchased through them they sorted out all issues within a couple of hours but had started to sort them within minutes of me speaking to there chat function most trust worthy site I’ve ever come across

Excellent customer service and delivery on time and well packaged

Quality item and a fast efficient service, I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have enjoyed excellent Customer Service from Kay and her associates. I returned my new Seiko watch to H&H for recalibration: Kay promptly forwarded it to Seiko. I received the watch back more than 6 weeks later, despite Kay hastening Seiko by various means. The watch had not been opened or adjusted at all, so I am very disappointed with Seiko as no explanation was provided.

First time bought watch from Hollins&Hollinshead (nice name btw). Great price, fast delivery. Will come back.

Timely, quick service, lovely item and good customer service

Excellent Service & Fast delivery at a reasonable price.

Easy to order on website & company gave quick response to emails
Watch was as advertised & fair price
Problems with delivery hence 3*
Delivery expected in 2 days as per website but had to chase company on 3rd day, advised to wait further 24 hours before they would chase with Royal Mail. Then Royal Mail gave delivery date of 2 further days making a 5 day delivery !
Good job had ordered in enough time for extended delivery as birthday gift

Very pleased with purchase and the service received.

The watch looks good and it arrived on time.

Very competitive prices and extremely efficient. Will recommend to my friends and family.

The variety of watch styles available is impressive. Whether it's classic elegance, contemporary designs, or sporty functionality, this store has it all. After searching for a watch that resonates with my personal style, I was thrilled to find the perfect match in their collection.

I wanted to purchase a special watch, but it was out of stock in the website. I emailed to see if they would be getting anymore. Kay got in touch with seiko direct and managed to find me one. She keep me informed as to when it would arrive and emailed when it did. It arrived today , perfectly packaged and I am thrilled with it. Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop with Hollins & Hollinshead. Thank you Kay.
