I ordered through B&Q, never again! A radiator cover, self assembly. Firstly they used Evri as courier and that was a disaster! Item constantly delayed, no tracking or updates, finally arrived to be left in ‘safe place’ propped up against front door, item was missing all its fixtures and fittings, could only message seller not speak to anyone. Now trying to obtain refund and collection of the item so I can shop elsewhere, which I wish I had done in the first place. B&Q have a customer service number, that is a foreign call centre, that can be difficult to understand, they can connect you to a contact for the seller but both times there was over 40 people in the queue.

Brilliant items bought online and delivery was very quick. Very very pleased with my purchased.

Bought a tv cabinet the door panel wasn’t very sturdy plus it was supposed to fit a tv up to 50inches sent back they received it on the 20th of June

Ordered through the Range, took my money, cancelled my order as apparently out of stock, why was it available to pay for!!!!!!! No communication, didn't even offer the set in a different colour which is apparently in stock but don't believe it is just because it says it is! If you want to part with your cash and then have to fight to get it back go ahead and buy but I wish I had checked trust pilot first. A major purchase for me, certainly has taught me a lesson.
Im now fighting for a refund. Its not £60 your messing with its £600. Absolutely Fuming.

We ordered through Amazon, but product was damaged probably when being delivered. We contacted Home Discount who replied promptly asking for photos and the next day they replied saying they had sent a full refund to our bank account.
Very impressed with this customer service.

Items are of poor unsatisfactory condition possible seconds, build quality poor, ordered 3 items from them only two have ever turned up... DHL was to deliver 3rd item which they delivered to wrong address. DHL sent me email confirming delivery and a picture of it at someone door not my door! Went and checked with house it was delivered to and they say they never had delivery... showed them picture of it at their door but they say it was never their? So I'm out of pocket to one hundred pounds.
