Great service thank you
Great service thank you. From the moment I ordered to the moment it was delivered. Everything was great. I had an issue with the knobs as the chest of drawers comes in two different type knobs and the right ones were sent to me within a day. I cannot fault that.

A stylish and well constructed chair
A stylish and well constructed chair, delivered promptly and carefully packaged. The only issue is that whilst the description stated it would be delivered "fully assembled" it does require assembly of seat to base which is not easy.

Couldn't believe the quality of the Gloucester Railings Small Console Table, so decided to purchase Gloucester Railings TV Corner Unit. Unsure if it would fit, Vicky in Customer Service drew diagram with added dimensions & emailed within an hour! It fits and is ordered. Excellent! Cannot fault this company😊

First class service from everyone at Home plus Ashford.
I was super happy with the service from Home plus today.
The 2 guys arrived nice and early and did a very good job assembling my corner unit.
They were extremely polite and friendly and got the job done quickly with no issues. So far the furniture looks good, feels comfortable and I was really happy with the price. We are returning customers so knew the standard of Customer service was first class and the products are of great quality.
Lovely friendly girls in the Ashford showroom too! Well done all of you concerned with my order. We'll be back !!

Great chair, little difficult to build
Bought this hanging egg chair for my girlfriend and she loves it, very sturdy and simple enough to put together. However trying to get the legs into the base of the chair was a challenge as the powder coating made it too tight. One rubber mallet later it was all together fine with no issues and a very happy girl and kitty cat

Delivery well communicated and on time - two charming young men brought my purchase in to the house and in to the room requested. Instructions were not clear which necessitated an email. This was answered swiftly and clearly explained so thank you. I’m a very happy customer!

Superb desk, pity about the delivery
The desk is superb.Just what we wanted. Delivery, however, was harassing. Homepluis did not tell us what was in the delivery package; unpacking and assembly would have been £40 extra. Delivery company first gave us unexpectedly a time the next working day; once modified, we managed two days later. Only digital communication proved possible. Three items delivered, of which one was intended for Slough, so we had to call back delivery vehicle to give us correct parcel instead.

We understand this might not always be front of mind on the day, so we’re always looking at ways to make this clearer and easier to spot along the way.
