Easy to use and I have found a great swap. Both sides of the swap are happy with the homes we have got from it.

Lots of people on there putting types of homes, number of bedrooms and locations on their lists that they don’t actually want to move to. These people are putting these homes on there to create their own multi-swaps manually. They are messing up the multi-swap feature that automatically matches homes and creates successful chains. These people are stopping others from moving.

This has got to be addressed. DON’T PUT HOMES ON YOUR LISTS THAT YOU WON’T MOVE INTO YOURSELVES!

HomeSwapper, you need to address this issue immediately

Pathetic site. Says you have a match and they not even looking for your area. It's obviously another useless site so councils look like there helping when in fact the don't help

Homeswapper website is frustrating! I can't edit details where I'd like to move to. My landlord details are not right no matter how many times I correct it the wrong landlord shows up. Have to keep filling forms. Its really a poor service. By the way homeswapper you owe me money, just been informed my landlord pays the subscription . Please refund.

My landlord wouldn’t pay the fees for full account membership (even though they were the ones who suggested homeswapper) so I paid it myself via PayPal as requested. The payment has been taken and has cleared but many months later with repeated complaints submitted to homeswapper and my account has never been activated.

This means that the service and website are completely useless

2 days now i have been trying to log in as computer was playing up so lost password,ive emailed them 4 times all they do is send a message saying how busy they are this is not a very good site

WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP CHANGING PASSWORD EVERY FEW WEEKS! It’s soooooo frustrating as it won’t accept the new password every time it’s changed…. I wish someone would sort it out at your end please. I
Am now yet again locked out of my account….this is a fault at your end……

None of the homes im sent as wmatches are in any of the areas I asked

Every day l get a message, it's from Homeswapper with matches. They are the same ones as yesterday and every other day, that l have pressed unlike on , because they are the wrong bed size, and not looking for what l have got.
I say personally, only my opinion its a complete waste of time.

If you live in a flat like mine , and you want out 1,ooo,000 million miles away give it a go guaranteed you will get no -where less you climb mount Everest simultaneously whilst making a nice cup of Tea, every single one of the nice people on it live in cloud cuckoo land , no la-la land and I've seen the film, great film ;_) rOB

Were have all the people gone from house exchange site was so much better than this site in every way. They they have all this people non it only have 3 pages . Every day week nothing changed. Wait bad site it is all round there reply no good don't make no difference at all just very bad site people don. have a choice no other site to use . .

Stupid timewasting site!!!!! Ive been on this site for 7 years trying to find a houseswap, i messaged like less than 100 tenants asking for a swap and the only reply i get is sorry im not interested!!!! I even get same replies from people that like my home and need the same requirements that my home has, which ive got!!!!! I wasted 7 years looking for house swaps and didnt get anywhere!!!! WHAT KIND OF AN ORGANIZATION MADE THIS SITE!!!??? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Reply to Homeswappers reply ! Not true at all ! Ive just logged in & checked generated swaps & they do not fit requirements, no garden or its housing association instead of council ect ! So therefore the generated swaps do not match up !

took a whole afternoon timewasters etc but worth it keep persevering you will get the swap you need

I’ve been locked out of my account since April. I’ve completed their feedback form, emailed, and sent a message to their Facebook. No one has responded.

This site is full of time wasters I've been on here for ten years. They press like and then don't want to swap even though they want my area and I have a decent house. Newspaper sends matches with people who do not even want my area. It's so annoying.

Absolutely terrible clunky dated website. Awful to use, near impossible to upload a picture without a total palaver and the messaging system is dated and slow to update. Please sort this website out already it's stuck in 2008.
