I got ripped off
I got ripped off. I did not get a confirmation email from cleon. The room for 2 night was 582.59 for two nights at the Beaufort inn. The staff wanted to charge me another fee upon arrival. Staff at the inn is very nice no problem with them. They later informed me of how much I had been over charged $200 over charge is not acceptable. Expedia is scamming people.

My experience was positive!
My experience was positive today and last night due to 2 highly skilled customer service reps, Chris and Juan. Hotel Planner has all of the hotels in one place and makes it easy to make arrangements. The website is clear and easy to read, follow, and book. As far as any criticism, the prices seem to be higher than going directly to the hotel websites.

Unsatisfactory experience that I probably would not recommend to other friends.
Unfortunately, the Arlington hotel isn’t living up to it. It’s his historic reputation. Broken draperies, moldy and rusty conditions in the bathrooms, dirty carpet, peeling lead paint are just a few of the several disappointing observations we made in our one night stay.
