My decision to find a hotel was last minute during my drive across country. Hotel planner provided multiple options that made it quick and easy to find an awesome location close to my route of travel. The hotel was in a quiet location away from the normal traffic, and the staff was awesome.

Incorrect emaii as to where l was stayiing
You sent me the wrong email saying l was staying at the Super 8 Windhamn down the road l was on the phone over two hours trying to speak with someone with no satisfaction finally I felt l was being scammed so l locked my card this should not happen I’m 86 years old and was really upset now you let me know what can be done about this

For starters I thought I had called the…
For starters I thought I had called the commons inn directly. Ziad sold me a room and when I asked if I could cancel he said yes for an extra amount of money. So I got a room and cancelation insurance for 170$. He said I sent you a message and email and that was it. I hung up look at my email and I was charged in US funds!!! Nothing was mentioned about that and why would someone from Canada booking in Canada pay in US funds?? Why would you not tell your customer?? I immediately called back and spoke to 3 different people who could not help or care to help and refused to refund my money. They said they couldn’t refund my money because it was past the date. I purchased the room on September 21 and you had to cancel before September 19 to get your money back? Why would you sell someone cancelation insurance if you knew they couldn’t use it?? . So I have given 1 star but if it would have allowed there would be no stars. I have read in some reviews that this company is a scam and I believe it is true, you got my money and I slept in my car. Ziad has a lot to learn, customer service. He should be aware of who and what he is selling but again if your a scammer you did a good job.
