Order delayed and sent to wrong address. Upon trying to return, told I can't return a sale item - which is incorrect and not in accordance with consumer rights law when buying online. You can return within 14 days, whether they have put a disclaimer on their website saying otherwise. Despite me highlighting this and speaking to Citizens Advice, still wasting my time and not following the law or at least trying to understand it.

Quality product delivered in good time. Bought as a gift and partner very happy.

Purchased a Bathrobe for my son which was subsequently returned within the terms and conditions due to not being 100% satisfied with the finish of the product. Despite three unanswered emails over a 30 day period requesting any type of response, I now give up. Would strongly advise against buying from this company, due to zero after sales customer service.

The quality of the Bedding products are so good and still affordable .

Poor experience as mentioned from another customer.
When ordering online there is mention of 14 days return on all article even on sale.
But when requested a return you learn that it is apparently not applicable on sales (?) this is not in their terms and conditions or the conditions next to the « add to cart » section which actually state the 14 days return rule. This is false advertising and misleading.

Regarding the product I thought the color was quite fade compared to the picture online thus my request for return. Not too sure what to do with the product now…….. poor customer experience.

Also careful returns are not free.

I have written twice about the latest batch of Palmyra scented candles which no longer smell as strongly (if at all) as previous batches - £66 misspent - and have hade no reply at all, not even an acknowledgement.

Disppointed and now thoroughly ticked off

The duvet and sheets are wonderful, I always buy these - for incredible lasting proper smooth sheet texture. But what I really appreciated was the plastic free wrapping.

The tracksuit looks nice, however, it is massive for size S and it's much too big for me.

I risked buying it on sale, so I can't return it now - though next to the "add to cart" button there's information on the 14-day return window, which is misleading.

Sadly, not a satisfying purchase. Though the shipping was very quick.
