Bought a duvet and sheet set. Have pills all over the fitted sheet after first use. Claims of 650 thread count are dubious. I have another sheet set that is 300 thread count and that looks and feels a lot better.

Sale items none refundable, if you read all clauses, you’ll find it in small print. I’ve never experienced this with other companies, incredibly disappointed as I now have a dressing gown, that hasn’t come out of its wrapper, I could see from inside it wasn’t what I’d expected. How when buying online do you know what an item is like until you see it. So frustrated.

So glad I purchased!! Amazing robe and honestly makes me feel like I’m in a posh spa/hotel when I put it on. I sized up and rolled the sleeves up and it’s perfection!

Absolutely beautiful bedding. I swear I sleep better in House Babylon. Delivered quickly in a gorgeous box.

This was my first purchase from House Babylon and my experience is very positive. Since I am a pensioner, buying at a discount was very important for me, hope to buy in the future. The delivery of the purchase was very fast and the packaging was careful ( each purchase had its own bag ) . Bathrobe | Velour White - is very high quality and the material is very soft and pleasant to the touch, 100% cotton.
Head Back +Face Down | Pillows - are well made and fit my needs. I prefer natural materials ( cotton) and filling (feather + down). Many thanks to the company House Babylon for their work and customer care!

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely horrific quality. Do not buy. I ordered two velour gowns and a track suit and the quality is worse than primark for over £100 more. Half of the order isn’t even eligible for return for some made up reason. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!
UPDATE FROM COMPANY REPLY: the dressing gown that was supposed to have initials arrived and it didn’t even have them embroidered? One did one didn’t - not good enough, rubbish response
