It’s really a great experience since getting the order so fast and how helpful was the customer service about any of my inquiries to the quality of the bathrobe and bed sheets are more than amazing!! Horrific, unbearably slow customer service that allowed us to print a returns label and ship a product back to them, before informing us that the product cannot in fact be refunded due to t&cs which couldn’t have been harder to find on the website. Go anywhere else.

Horrible product. Poor quality. Terrible service when asking for a return and return refused. Do not do business with this company.

Very poor experience. Returns/exchange policy not communicated. Be warned of the 14 day return policy. Having ordered two items which arrived on the 30th of November intended to be Christmas gifts, I checked the returns policy on the website before ordering given the length of time - on the 'Shipping & Returns' section of the website - it details the process, but does not state any time limits. When the items arrived, on the delivery note/invoice it details the returns process, but does not include any information on any time limit. I contacted on the 27th December - within 30 days which I thought was reasonable, to request a swap from a large to a medium size quoting my order number to confirm an exchange process would be the same as a return. I was told to use the returns option on the website, which I did, but found the page lead to a dead link with Royal Mail, and so contacted again to explain I wasn't able to use the webpage. I was then told, actually I couldn't do a return as I was past the 14 day limit. I queried this given that none of the information on the website or delivery note/invoice, or in my previous communications with them had detailed this.

If you are to have a 14 day policy then it should be detailed on the website section that's been called 'shipping and returns' - or at least included on the delivery note which lays out the returns process, otherwise how on earth are people meant to know??

In short they refused to exchange the item, the customer services team weren't of much use and I'm stuck with an item that doesn't fit.

So if you do order - just be aware of the 14 day policy which they don't communicate themselves.

Excellent white sheets and duvet covers - the thickest cotton I've come across since the 1950s sheets I inherited from my grandmother.

How do I wash your white bathrobe with your black writing on “Babylon logo.” Please advise as I cannot find instructions and don’t want to ruin it’s amazing texture.

Awful. Ordered an item and took over a month to arrive. Had to continually chance and just received false promises. When it arrived it was the wrong colour and they tried to make me pay for return postage! They also tried to say they didn’t have to refund me the postage I had paid even through they sent the wrong item. Had to chase for the refund too. Awful customer service too.

I ordered a dressing gown for a gift for my brother back on the 25th of November 2021. When I ordered this item the website showed it was in stock in the size and colour I wanted and eluded thst I would recieve my order within 3-5 working days.

25 days later... I still haven't received this order.

I have emailed the company on 3 occasions and was assured my item had been shipped back on the 10th of December and that I should receive it soon.

1 week later and still no news or decency of the company to even apologise

It's hard to believe this companies claim of quality fabric and comfort if they cannot be truthful to their customers. I'm beginning to wonder if it's all a con. Frustrating as this gift for my brothers birthday is now late and probably won't even be here by Christmas!!
Don't purchase from here!! Not worth the hassle!

As review below I am also waiting on my order of dressing gowns. They have stopped replying to my emails taken my money and I have still not received my products. No contact number to speak to someone and no longer responding on emails. Starting to think it must be a scam!

I ordered a dressing gown on the 29th November, and the website said it would be shipped within 1-2 days.

As of the 16th December, it has still not been shipped. After chasing twice, and twice being told 'It will be shipped today' - it still hasn't been shipped, and they have now stopped responding to my emails.

Can't comment on the actual dressing gown, as I'm still yet to receive it, and wondering if I will ever receive it...

Update, the dressing gown arrived nearly a month late, and looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It looks turquoise in the picture, and is really beige... A shame I can't upload a picture.

Fabric great quality, but let down by poor stitching and customer service. I received a duvet cover which bits of fluff trapped in the stitching and missing stitches along the stitch line- not what you'd expect for a £100 duvet cover. Sent them photos. Offered to send them more if they wanted to further assess. Company first tried to claim that I was outside the 14 day return window. When I explained that this didn't apply to faulty products and I wanted it repaired or replaced they told me that the stitching was "not ...faulty by any stretch of the legal imagination" whatever that means. Then kept trying to tell me it’s because the bedding is “triple stitched” even when I’ve explained and showed them that this isn’t what I’m talking about, and that there’s an area missing stitches entirely with fluff trapped in the stitching. Complete refusal to accept the issue or even inspect the item. Buttons poorly finished too. I've never had such badly stitched bedding, even from Primark or the supermarkets. Wish I could add photos to this review so you can judge for yourselves, but if you want to splash out on premium/luxury bedding I would suggest you try elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with House Babylon. Instead of the ordered products (2x Duvet Cover, 2x Pillow in Single Size) I got 2 packages with the "Collection" sent (1x Pillow, 1x Duvet Cover, 1x Fitted Sheet in Single Size). I couldn't send it back because I had already paid over €100 in duty on the goods, which I wouldn't get back. I am still waiting for a reply from their service. I also noticed that the pillow and duvet cover have colour differences! I will certainly never order here again!

I am writing this review today to thank the owners and the team of this amazing company for their great products from bedsheets duvets pillow cases to bathrobes and candles I have always had trouble sleeping 😴 and I have went to doctors and specialists and they only helped temporarily but when I bought these amazing pillows and duvets from house Babylon it was a game changer for me as they use 100% pure cotton and just great quality of material and to be honest I have never slept so good or been this comfortable in my own bed at first I was sceptical about the price but I took the chance and it was worth every penny for me the quality is just impeccable !

I received my House Babylon 'collection' order today. The colour - Teal - is magnificent and the sheets and duvet cover feel incredible. I have fallen in love with this brand already. I am having a difficult time at the moment so have been sleeping badly but I have every faith this is about to be remedied!
