House of Kojo Opiniões 

This is my second order and all the plants are fantastic. I love the peat free jungle mix soil, I have used it with some of my plants and they are sprouting new healthy leaves very fast. I was lucky to snag a rescue box. I received a beautiful Begonia Rex Hybrid, it looks amazing when the sun light streams through the windows and plays up the green and red tones.

As normal all my plants arrived in good condition, nothing broken or bent.once unwrapped they soon started to open up and given a spray of water. Would have more plants but running out of room to put them.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend, will buy again!

My second purchase from House of Kojo, beautiful healthy plants! Sadly my delivery driver did not take as much care and threw my parcel over a 6ft gate. Luckily one of my plants survived intact due to the amazing packaging but my little prince of orange must be going into shock as he's not doing as well as I'd hoped for. I'm keeping everything crossed for my little guy.
A complaint has been put forward to Evri, the delivery company.

Quick delivery even after through bank holiday. Well packaged although one of my plants was packed a little too well as I accidentally snipped off a stem when opening 😂 however this was not detrimental to the overall development of the plant 🪴

EDIT: Customer care made a lot of promises and then proceeded to ignore me. So I am changing my rating for the second time.

The plants are okay-ish, a couple arrived damaged/unhealthy and customer service was not able to help for some mysterious reason.

Delivery on time and plant and pot arrived in very good condition.

Beautiful plants, quickly delivered, pristine condition. Already putting out new leaves. I need more.

Great speed of delivery and customer service HOWEVER the plants were lack lustre, some over grown and should’ve been pruned, others lop sided and just generally not great quality.
I expect that from rescue boxes, but not from plants you’re paying full price for. I made a £230 order with them, and really I’m disappointed with what I received.
Try plantsforallseasons, they’re miles ahead of house of kojo.
EDIT they reached out here to protect their review rating before answering the messages I sent them directly. Poor show house of kojo, poor show!
2nd edit; the owners reached out and offered full refunds on the products and said it wasn’t their usual standard (I’m not sure I believe their holding area is adequate for long term plant storage) however who can be bothered to repackage up 20 houseplants to return when you’ve thrown the boxes away and changed all the substrates already.
I really wouldn’t buy plants from these guys, if you’ve had a good experience I’d count yourself lucky because being a new customer, and spending £250 on a variety of plants, won’t guarantee you anything.

Arrived in great condition!

I've just bought an Aglaonema Red Fire and when it arrived yesterday I was completely delighted with the quality of the plant itself, which is absolutely stunning, and the packaging it arrived in. It was in a well labelled box stating it was a live plant and which way up it should be, on opening the box there was some air filled packaging securing a corrugated cardboard tube, inside which was the plant itself. The plastic wrapped pot had been secured inside the tube to prevent it moving around too. This is the best plant packaging I've received from an online seller and it shows the very obvious care that House of Kojo put into their plants. Overall I'm really impressed and will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you

The plants I received are in very good condition and were well packed. The rescue/ imperfect boxes are great value. I had an issue with a missing plant and this was rectified the following day. Would definitely recommend.
