Nice healthy plants I ordered two one was a fiscus. The fiscus was advertised as being hooped and this was reiterated in the reviews and review pictures, when it arrived it wasn’t and I was left scrambling what to do with a plant that now needed hanging which for someone who is disabled was extremely difficult. The plant ended up being given to a neighbour as it wasn’t manageable for myself due to its size, not an issue for most, unfortunately an inconvenience for myself.
Customer service reached out and couldn’t be more helpful and polite turning a negative into a positive and have replaced the plant with another of my choice ( other options were offered I chose a replacement ). I can honestly say I’m impressed by the level of customer service and support given and look forward to receiving my replacement plant in the next few days. I have no hesitation changing my review from 3* to 5 based on the customer service received.

Excellent as always

These are a great company. I've placed orders off them in the past and most recently on the 28/10/24 and they arrived on the 31st. They were very well packaged and organised and they do give you free delivery on orders over £50 which is great and in my last order I also got two free plants which is fantastic.

I also think a lot of other companies could do the same offer you free delivery when your spending a certain amount of money which a lot don't and when your spending a lot of money you would think other companies would do the same.

I'll definitely be ordering again off them again in the future 😁

Have ordered plants from them twice, and they were quick each time. Plants are amazing quality and packaged well in mostly recylable materials.

This was my first order with House of kojo. I bought five Hoyas as a new collector. The box was of high quality and rigid. The plants were beautifully wrapped and the delivery was fast. The plants ranged in maturity. All are in fine health. The Hoya linearis is wonderful and has developing peduncles which is thrilling. Very satisfied.

Quick delivery ordered rare rescue box aswell as house plants rescue box some lovely plants received only negative I would maybe suggest is to put names of all plants in the boxes overall have ordered many plants from them allways happy with the quality 🌱
