It's my first time buying a plant from them and I got the Rescue box - Indoor Plant - imperfect box. I got 3 plants and I can't see any imperfections! They are so beautiful and look really healthy.

I emailed asking about shipping and staff were lovely and replied promptly and sorted me out. Got the plant today and it's the Thai constellation Monstera and it is so pretty. Made my day. Arrived packed beautiful and looks healthy and happy. Will be buying from here again 😍

I ordered a lovely monstera which unfortunately was broken when it arrived. I emailed and Jess resolved my issue very quickly. The plant was packaged very well but I guess it can't be 100% all the time. Would definitely recommend and will be buying more

Oh wow! What an amazing suprise ! I got a beautiful Pachira Aquatica which is a beautiful specimen and a rescue box of 4 beautiful babies. The rescue box contained an alocasia green dragon, philodendron white wizard, philodendron gloriosum and a hemigraphis Snow White. Only 2 of them had a damaged leaf, otherwise they were practically perfect in every way ! I can see these boxes becoming my new obsession! I’ve already ordered a Thai Constellation Monstera and cant wait to order the next rescue/imperfect box ! Thank-you House of Kojo/grow tropicals I couldn’t be happier

Ordered plants from house from House of Kojo a few times, the plants they send me look amazing and are doing so well!! Even the plants from the recue box are doing well and thrive. Will order more in the future

I'm sad to be writing this review as I had high hopes for House of Kojo. However, the Thai Constellation Monstera I ordered arrived with significant damage to one of the (three) leaves. I emailed and was told it could not be replaced, but I could return it - I didn't want to do this as I'd wanted to own this plant for a long time - or receive 50% credit to my account. This did not include postage, which is expensive. I then signed up for their newsletter in order to receive a birthday credit. I planned to put this towards a new plant. I emailed again to confirm when this would arrive and was told 11am on my birthday. This didn't materialise. I have now emailed twice and had no response regarding this. The damage to the original plant I was sent looks even worse now and I am nervous it may infect my other plants, despite being assured this would not be the case. Overall, this hasn't been a great experience.

Always a good selection, and the customer service is always really good. Swift response, and always friendly and helpful. I have purchased multiple times from here and had some lovely plants. When there has been an issue, they have sorted it.

Have been a customer for 5+ years, just went to place a large order only to find they’ve cut off shipping to Northern Ireland. More discrimination from “mainland” UK companies 🙄

Every plant I’ve ever received from this company has not only looked incredible on arrival but also thrived under my unfortunate care. The plants are clearly well loved, they have a lot of knowledge which they share through great advice and guides online and the plants are always packed very well so they arrive healthy. I also don’t know any other company that offers rare plants so affordably and easily.

I am always looking at products and plants that I want to know more about, so I really like the website and hope to take advantage or some plant based apps I can use for plant propagation or just general plant care advice.
