House of Kojo Opiniões 

I ordered for £80 from House of Kojo and was extremely disappointed with what I received. Two of the plants arrived clearly diseased with visible signs of bacterial/fungal infection on all of their leaves. They were obviously in no condition to be sold.

I immediately emailed their customer support with photos and a request for a replacement or refund, and got no response. After the follow-up, they offered me a 15% discount. That is for the plants that should have been trashed but never shipped to a paying customer. They were also trying to convince me that this was a mechanical damage, not infection :) Yep, black spots on all of the leaves - including the newly emerged young ones - are a clear sign of a mechanical damage, right. I sent more evidence and videos and they never responded despite several follow-ups.

It’s unacceptable for a company to ignore genuine customer concerns, especially when they’re selling live plants that require care and quality control. This was my first order and such experience has left me frustrated. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from House of Kojo.

One of the plants is still beautiful, the other one withered and looks like it is not going to survive.

Enjoyed the ordering and packaging experience, but my plant came in a less than stellar condition. I have now just found webbing on the soil which suggests it has spider mites!

Beautiful monstera thai constellation. Delivered promptly and packed well. Great communication with House of Kojo who ensured that I got the exact plant I wanted.

I was looking for some healthy and hardy plants for my indoor garden collection. I've found 3 interesting syngonium plants which I never had before. They came healthy. Well packed. And they adjusted easily to my existing collection and conditions. Thank you!
