I bought the most beautiful swim suit…
I bought the most beautiful swim suit i’ve ever had, but unfortunately due to my large old saggy boobs there just wasn’t enough support for the girls. I was worried about being able to return them as I am in Australia. But the returns portal was brilliant and the company amazing to deal with for my refund.

Excellent customer service from Hunza G. I needed to return a swimsuit (due only to a change of mind about the colour) and was slightly past the return window. Their team kindly made an exception and handled everything seamlessly. Very grateful and looking forward to my new swimsuit!

Very friendly and helpful customer service. I had my hunza g swimsuit for about 6 months when a few crinkles got loose and they replaced it without hesitation. This is premium customer service, well done!

A Gem of a Company
I’ve ordered 3 items from HunzaG. A swimsuit & 2 pairs of towelling shorts. The colours & quality is superb. The Bubblegum Pink in the Square Neck Coverage Swimsuit is gorgeous. The shorts which are retro in pink & butter yellow are really comfortable. Looking forward to wearing them on holiday for my morning walks & also to & from the pool area over my swimsuits.
I have found the customer service to be excellent. They are responsive , communicative, understanding & so helpful. Delivery on my last order was delayed by the courier & not by HunzaG. It was chased up & eventually delivered. All items are considerately packaged. A great company to order from.

Disappointing customer service
I wasn’t happy with the style I ordered and returned it. For the luxury price point, it’s disappointing that I’m unable to use the promotional discount I received as a first-time international customer for another product that would suit me better. The return process experience is poorly mismatched with the quality that customers would expect for what they pay.
