An item was shipped to me( in Chatham

An item was shipped to me( in Chatham, On.) from North York Ontario. Got a tracking number. In tracking my order, their website said "out for delivery" at 08:43 am on June 12. Waited all day, NO DELIVERY! According to their website, it was back to their sorting facility in London, on June 13 at 08:49 am and was out for delivery @ 12:53. Waited all day, NO DELIVERY. called customer service, they couldn't find my tracking number!???!!!! They finally found the shipper and saw my order. Said they would contact their operations dpt. and would call me back. NEVER DID!!!!!! This is beyond absurd!!!!!!!

Ridiculous to even use this service

Ridiculous to even use this service. Package was rerouted to the warehouse because it said incorrect address. Address was correct. I had to drive 15km to get my package. Hours are Mon to Fri 11-4. It what world are these hours doable for the average working person ?

Delivery is unreliable

Delivery is unreliable. No doorknockers or notifications of attempted delivery. When calling customer service, I was advised to go to the Depot which is shared with CanPar. ICS Courier has no customer service on site. It was handled by CanPar who couldn't even help me because they can't access their freight. Waste of a trip. Tracking updates are unreliable. Parcel was out for delivery on Monday and three days later, package still not received. Communication between customer service and the local depot is terrible. No feedback loop that the local depot is correcting the situation. This company fails to deliver reliable service.

I paid for 1 day service but it was not…

I paid for 1 day service but it was not picked up even after 1 week . They were predator mites which cost 65$ but are dead now . They are NOT 1 day service, they are 1 DAY SERVICE AFTER A WEEK OR SO OF DOING NOTHING

I dont know where to start

I dont know where to start. Ics courier driver stole another package from inside our home and we had to complaint and waste the whole day trying to get the driver to return the package that he stole and this package was not for ics courier and he still took it from our house.
2nd huge devastating loss We were not lucky with another package due to ICS courier negligence after over 1month delay for just a delivery of 100-150km distance I begged Sendle and ICS courier NOT to deliver this package and return it back to me as the customer demanded refund after this long delay. 

Sendle and ICS courier are 2 partners completely isolated and sterile from each other. ICS courier customer service ( gentleman named Veerpal ) that I dont know what customer service representative he is that delays the email for at least 9days , without any resolution or even close to a customer service assistance. After this delay ICS courier forcefully delivered the package like ICS owns the package while I was urging Sendle and ICS to reverse this package that is worth over $650. We demanded a manager to contact us and the customer service manager did not ever respond to resolve our issue. We Cant afford a loss like this. The customer kept the package and we lost the money. 

We will NOT use ics courier again after this unprofessional behaviours and disrespect towards customers.

Review for ICS Courier: 0.0001/5

If you enjoy waiting an eternity for your package while watching delivery dates get pushed further into the future like a bad sci-fi movie, ICS Courier is the service for you!

I placed orders from multiple manufacturers on February 7, and every other package—shipped via different couriers—arrived within 4 days. Meanwhile, ICS Courier’s package? Still out there, probably sightseeing.

It was originally set for delivery on February 17—then February 20… then February 21… then February 28… and now we’ve landed on March 1. At this point, I fully expect the next update to say "Estimated Delivery: January 1, 2026." I’ve officially given up.

If I could actually get through to them, I’d just tell them to keep the package and frame it as a relic of their inefficiency. I love supporting Canadian businesses, but this one is a logistical disaster.

Save yourself the stress—use literally any other courier.

They keep lying

They keep lying. This morning they told me my package is on their truck on the way to my house. When it did not arrive by 5 pm I called back and this time the agent said it is still in transit and they do not have it yet. It is over a week. They lie shamelessly. Avoid this courier at all costs!

How do they stay in business

This is a follow up to my 3 or 4 reviews for this company. As of this date 10 weeks later the package has not arrived. Although following up on the tracking number they are saying it was. Unfortunately the information they used is incorrect (wrong name). This is one shady company everyone should stay away from.

Disgraceful Corporation

ICS Courier is a disgraceful corporation whose conduct is shameful. I had an order sent through ICS Courier and it has been continuously delayed, they also delayed the parcel right at midnight which seems unlikely if it was for a legitimate reason. Avoid this dishonourable company at all costs both as a seller and a buyer.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a package being sent from Ontario November 19, I live in BC. It’s Jan 31 & still not here. I spent the last 2 months on with their shitty customer service who lied multiple times, had a customer service manager call me & then just stopped responding. Absolute frauds. Sent the item through netparcel & even they cannot get a response from these idiots. Company is a joke

Unbelievable bad courier service

Putting 1 star because zero stars is not possible. My package was out for delivery for 5 days. Every day, its goes back to the warehouse and gets re-sorted to go back on the truck the next morning for delivery to again not deliver the package. Does this company know how to plan for package delivery? Called customer service every night we no change. stay away.

During the Canada Post strike we used Sendle

Sendle who deals with ICS Courier for deliveries.

While it was helpful to have a delivery method during the postal problems, there are significant issues and flaws with the service that make it very not useable for retail and business purposes where transparent tracking and timely delivery are necessary.

The Number 1 problem with Sendle and ICS Courier is, as stated above, the lack of transparent tracking. A parcel can have - and usually does have - multiple carriers when sending via ICS | Sendle, including an initial freight handler that deals with ALL parcels dispatched. A customer and seller will both receive a "delivered" notification when only the freight handler or one of multiple carriers involved receives the parcel yet, the item is not "delivered" to the customer and they are confused. You have to message into Sendle directly each time to get all the latest tracking numbers and then communicate these constantly to your buyer.

The Number 2 problem relates to claims and insured coverage. When a parcel is lost in transit, Sendle | ICS does not easily refund - in my case never refunded me! - the shipping or insured value for parcels they lose in transit. In our case, they wanted an Affadavit of loss even though they had the buyer email, the buyer's confirmation of non-receipt of goods and the online invoice showing sale value. I will never use them again. When I try to work with Sendle about the issue, they tell me the full amount is owing as "services rendered". However, when the service was not delivered to the customer and the item was either lost or returned to us for no apparent reason we do not see that the services were rendered and will not pay for unrendered services. Sendle is inflexible to work with you to resolve the bill and continues to state their services were rendered.

Is ICS a scam?

My order was placed on October 4, 2024 and was "In transit" as of October 8, 2024. I'm still waiting. I contacted customer service but have heard nothing back. The expected delivery date is pushed one day, every day. I've been watching this since the middle of December, but I believe it has probably been happening since October. I send customer service a screen shot every day with the revised expected delivery date. They still won't contact me.

I am still waiting for my parcel that…

I am still waiting for my parcel that was sent out on Jan. 6th from Toronto. I live in Windsor On. Normally this should take 2 days max. Well it's Jan. 14 and still nothing. On their website it shows out for delivery dated Jan. 9.
Someone walking from Toronto to Windsor could do this faster!! This company is a disgrace and should not be in business.
