DO NOT USE THIS Courier

Absolutely the worst courier company with the worst customer service. They had 0 communication with me regarding the where abouts of my package and LIED about an attempted delivery. The was no note, no knock , no call nothing. They never updated the respective application with their tracking information up to this day.
And when I called customer service to figure out what I should do next he put his phone on mute and stopped responding pretending to no longer hear me, and all I asked was how long do I have to go pick up the package in person. He had a really sour attitude the entire call.

Delivery driver was so mad noone was…

Delivery driver was so mad noone was home to accept the package, he swore on the ring cam. He proceeded to write a delivery slip for me to pick up in 5 business days at the nearest delivery drop off point. I received a call from the clerk at the store that the driver went back hours later to retrieve my package and when she asked if he was trying to re-deliver, he said he was not and he was taking it back to the depot. Thankfully the clerk refused to release it to him. I have reached out to the company including the video of him swearing so nicely and have yet to hear anything back. Absolutely disgusting. Driver has some serious anger issues and the company apparently could care less with the lack of apology or even response for that matter.

Delivered my package to the wrong…

Delivered my package to the wrong address. Told me they would retrieve it and deliver to me the same day by 5pm. Never came, then was told the next day it would be delivered. Then when I asked for a supervisor the guy tried to lie and say he was not the supervisor then he would transfer me to a supervisor or anyone else working there. Was told if it doesn’t come that I would have to fill out a lost package form and wait on an answer… LOL ITS NOT LOST! You delivered to the wrong address!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Delivered on a busy sidewalk!

I walked up to my storefront door this morning and found a package delivered by ICS Courier just sitting on the PUBLIC sidewalk in front of my store. Luckily it was only there for about one half hour before I got there so the package was still there. My question to them is "is it normal practice to leave a parcel on a busy public sidewalk where anyone could take it"? Or is your delivery person just a complete idiot? If it is the latter, you might want to talk with that driver as this was totally unacceptable and I was lucky to have picked it up in time! FIX YOUR POLICIES!

Absolutely the worst courier I have…

Absolutely the worst courier I have ever dealt with. They asked for our buzz code, which we gave them and told them we'd be home all day. They didn't buzz our code and actually left the package on the sidewalk! Thank god a neighbour found it and called us to pick it up from their house. The company we ordered the product from saw the photo the guy left which clearly showed the package on the sidewalk and not even in the building entrance and immediately cancelled their contract with ICS. literally the worst.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Two orders from two companies within a week, neither of them made it to me. I'm so furious. If you are having the same issue, let the business know. Absolute TERRIBLE service from ICS, nothing was done to fix the situation, I had to drive back and forth multiple times, leave notes for the other home owner of the delivery site, use 1/2 tank of gas and lost hours of my time to pickup one of the mis-delivered parcels. I reported to both businesses I ordered from and will never order from companies who deal with ICS again.

Waited all day

Waited all day, and finally received a notice that they attempted delivery. Obviously the driver buzzed the wrong apartment. No time for this, so told head office to return to sender and they can deal with their client.

They typically leave packages in an unsafe location outside of apartments/condominiums where it is prone to theft. They do not reattempt deliveries and there's only a few parcel pickup holding locations for receivers and sometimes far. I had one shipment that went missing due to their courier's laziness and unable to open a claims investigation.

ICS lost my packages.

ICS lost my packages.

I ordered from a company called L'il Helpers twice, and both times they used ICS courier. The first package, according to the tracker, ended up about three provinces away from the intended destination. The second was recorded to have reached my building, but they didn't even try to buzz or contact me. They must have left it outside, because I never saw it outside my door, the building, or anywhere. I can only guess they left it out where someone could take it. Maybe they just don't like apartments. I lost a good chunk of money because of them. Moral of the story: double check which service the company you're buying from uses, because this one is not trustworthy.

Worst courier

I’m leaving in a condo which my security guard has authorized to get my packages. Never had any issues with Canada post, Amazon etc.
They only came once to my building and didn’t deliver my package and didn’t leave any messages or emails.
When I called to follow up they explained their supervisor allows only one time delivery and they couldn’t give it to security, which has legal consent from me to receive my packages. I had to drive 40 minutes to get my package from PenguinPickUp.
Very awful costumer service.

Yet to deliver any packages to me...

My contact lenses came in two different deliveries. They never leave a note, I just have to check the tracking to see what happened.
One of the boxes went to a corner store/package pick up 5km away and while I could see it on the tracking, the driver never updated the system for the worker there so she had to do a bunch of entry before she could find it.
The other package is still out there somewhere. The tracking says "incomplete address" but shows my whole address. I've called (phone calls just drop), emailed and tried to use the chat bot to update the address but it never transfers me to an agent. The bot can only look up tracking and schedule a package....two things that are quicker to just do on the website where the bot is hosted. I will need to switch optometrists if they keep using this company. I can't see! LOL

Bunch of Clowns

'm not sure I'll ever make another order if I see it will be delivered by these clowns. After multiple delays, my package was delivered and SIGNED for by someone who does not likely look like a 'Dave' considering the signature is from a "Brooke Glover" in another postal code, approximately 10 kms away from my home. The only similarity to my address is the house number, nothing else matches.

Not able to deliver a small package!

They attempted, so they say, to deliver a package from an online Walmart marketplace seller to my address. The driver never came, no door tag, no missed call. The excuse was, there was no buzzer number? My door has a directory with my first and last name and the buzz code.
When I called customer service 3 times, each promise was a lie. It has been so long and too many attempts (so called attempts), I canceled the order.
Beware if you are a seller! Do not use.
