Iglu Cruise Opiniões 

There is always a good deal to be found with Iglu and their website is very easy to use with all the filters available.
However, once a cruise has been booked, trying to speak to someone to clarify/confirm/amend anything is extremely frustrating.
I have been using Iglu to book two cruises a year for at least 10 years and have never dealt with the same person twice.

Easy online booking. I have used this company before. Never had any problems. Value for money travel. Regular updates on your holiday.

Easy to navigate around the website and booking process simple

I cannot recommend Iglu Cruise enough — especially James and Grace. We had quite a few changes, lots of questions, and even a last-minute wait on holiday approval, and they were both so understanding and patient every single step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, they checked everything thoroughly, and kept us fully updated. We've now booked and feel really confident and well looked after. 10/10 service — we'll definitely be back! Thank you both so much 😊

Booking process is straight forward and you can save quotes until you're ready when I've spoken to staff they're very helpful.

The overall service was good, especially to be able to discuss the issues with a real human-being was very helpful as opposed to other cruise holiday agents who strictly operate over the Internet which is not very effective and may discourage some potential cutomers from booking on-line without being abke to soeak to an agent directly. Thus us one aspect of Iglu Cruise that nade me chose the Iglu Cruise for my booking.

However, the proverbial " we will give you a call" or agent confirming that the potential customer could call again the next day wasn't always possible.
