Sehr schmackhaftes Olivenöl mit gutem Geruch und einer schöne Farbe. Sensorisch gibt es keine Störeinflüsse. Kräftig, aber nicht scharf.
Es wird mein Standardöl zum kochen und für kalte Anwendungen über Salate, Feta etc. Oder einfach mit frischen Brot als Vorgericht.
Danke an die Erzeuger, eine wertvolle Arbeit für den guten Geschmack.

The best olive oil I tasted !
Very reactive and motivated team. Their oil is of quality, taste definitely changes from the super market olive oil brands. I also love the history of their swiss/greek family bringing their mastery of olive oil to Switzerland, I recommend!

Ich habe das erste Mal bei Ilmea Olivenöl gekauft, von der frischen Ernte und es ist mega fein und macht meine Salate nochmals leckerer. Es hat einen richtig frischen Geschmack. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍🏼😋

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Ilmea ist mein absolutee Lieblings-Olivenöl und da gebe ich gern auch ein paar mehr Franken dafür aus. Ich weiss woher das Öl kommt und was drin steckt. Geschmacklich übertrifft es die herkömmlichen Olivenöle aus Migros und Coop. Echte Empfehlung 👍

Seit ich von meinem Supermarkt-Ölivenöl auf Ilmea umgestiegen bin, möchte ich nicht mehr zurück.
Das Öl hält, was in der Werbung versprochen wird: geschmacklich wirklich top und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf alle Fälle!
