We ordered a TV unit a couple of weeks ago delivery was quick and within the time frame they said it would be unfortunately there was a couple of parts missing so I emailed and they got straight back to me and said they would send out the missing parts the customer service is very good 👍

Purchased a Finka white gloss wall
Mounted bathroom cabinet. Very quick delivery....first item delivered was incorrect but without fuss it was collected and the correct item sent out within 2 days. Delivery drivers very polite. The cabinet itself is a solid piece of furniture and wasn’t too complicated to put together. I love it!!! Will definitely use the company again.

Shocking , flat pack sideboard with over a hundred pieces turned up and none of the items are numbers to match up enthusiasts the instructions, fuming.

Called them and they offered to collect and refund if I haven’t unpacked it lol , but I had to unpack to know!

I will never use this company again

Excellent quality. Beautiful lines. Arrived within days and very well packaged. Both boxes wrapped with layers of thick bubble wrap. Would highly recommend and I am currently looking for my next purchase

We bought a lovely sideboard from here - a little complex to make and we did have to use a magnifying on the directions, but worth it as the sideboard is gorgeous. Impressed with both the quality and the service from the company - good communication and fast delivery.

I was hesitant purchasing from this website as there was barley any reviews but I can say I’m very happy I did. I purchased a desk off the website and it came as it looked on the website. I did email them asking about the order as I didn’t receive a shipment email and they responded quickly saying the order was processing and it was arriving in a week which it did. Very happy with my purchase and would recommended buying from here.

Purchased an entertainment unit and arrived quickly. Item was packaged well so there was no concern about anything being damaged.
Instructions were a little complex to follow but worked eventually. Sadly I managed to break a piece of the furniture. I contacted Impact Furniture and explained the situation. With no hesitation they asked me to send a photo of the broken piece and they’d send the replacement part out free of charge.
Highly recommend, the furniture looks great and great quality.

We have used this company for the first time and we’re already planning to use their products for our new kitchen.

One of the end panels we received cracked on the coating after a couple of months. We reported this and after reading our initial review on here the company contacted us immediately and sent out a replacement panel. They are also looking into why this happened with their suppliers. Overall disappointed with the faulty item but very pleased with the service from the company to resolve our issues.

From ordering to receiving was very quick. Very polite on the phone when I requested 2 more units. They all arrived safely. They look great and the appearance is of a more expensive item. 5 stars all round

Useless, unreliable, company. We ordered and paid in full for two Oak Sonoma living room/study cupboards during February this year. A week or two later and our money was refunded without a word of apology, and no explanation. Fast forward a few more months we went for some other furniture on eBay (unwittingly we failed to realise it was the same outfit) and no goods arrived on time. What was supposed to arrive in five days took nearly three weeks to turn up. The quality of the goods received were at best what you would call "factory seconds" - and in spite of sending them numerous photographs of the poor finish, and defects, they couldn't have cared less. They gave us a prepaid returns label for 2kg when the goods weight was many times that! They refused to issue a label for the correct weight, expecting us to fork out £44 for a courier. If you are inclined to do business with them be extremely wary of our two bad experiences. We got our money back in the end, but only by virtue of eBay purchaser protection. Impact Furniture put up a rather dirty fight throughout.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. The quality of the furniture is better than expected, but you have to be careful when putting up, as it's very easy to chip the edges.
Also, it would help if the items in the boxes were numbered (e.g. little labels) - this would make lives much easier during asembly.
The delivery was later than expected despite ringing twice and asking for approximate delivery time.

All in all - we will be buying again!

I bought 7 items of Gent furniture for my home office from Impact. Arrived exactly when they said it would and in perfect condition. There were two small pieces missing from one unit which is the manufacturers error. Impact resolved this quickly - great service. Would buy again.
